Catman Gorg vs. The Devil David Stern, Monday February 13 @ 6:00 pm mst

Not only did Millsap only have 4 pts. (the lowest point total I can remember from him), but he got toasted defensively and on the boards all night.

Burks + Favors > Jazz's offense

Easily Sap's worst game of the season. But I can give him a pass since his good games outweigh has bad.

Harris sucks again, and in his case it's the exact opposite. If Ty were playing people by performance Tinsley would be getting minutes over him, but maybe he's playing for the trade deadline, though I can't see many teams jumping up and down to get Harris.

Oh, and lol at Harris getting outplayed by Greivis Vasquez and Donald Sloan.

What the heck happened to Harris? He was very good in Dallas, put up terrific numbers his first couple of seasons in Jersey then he started to slump. Right now a slump would be an improvement, he's a complete no show. It looks like he doesn't even care, or is tired of trying. Can anyone remember another NBA player who went from All-Star to garbage in such a short time?

We seriously might have the worst starting PG in the league.

give me Chalmers, Chris Rock, Jeremly Lin, or even Fisher Lied. At least Fish might hit a 3 pointer or draw a charge or do a good interview or something. Harris is worthless.

Where's Carlos Arroyo when ya need him?

IMO, we've got a great TRUE Passing PG in Tinsley that already knows the offense.
I wish Corbin would put in Tinsley sometimes when Harris is bombing it like he did today.

You guys still whine about Al, but what about Millsap?
He is in a major slump and he seems to do this every year. I love the guy, but dang

And I think CJ is a lost cause. 1-8? Keep chucking and his shooting gets worse every year. I think it's time to cut him loose. Talent he has, but a 2 cent head. He wants to chuck 3's so badly, even though everyone in Utah knows that he should be driving.
When is the last time he even made a 3?

NObody is consistent on this team. Sure the young guys did well tonight. But they not even close to being consistent right now.
But the young guys were consistent enough last night to win the game if they had astutely been given more minutes.

How do you win with a team composed of some inexperienced young players, some flawed vets (Harris doesn't pass, AJ doesn't defend, Millsap is too short), and no superstars?

You give 10 to 12 players eight to ten minutes each in the first half, identify which combinations are working, and you emphasize those lineups in the second half. On some nights, it's more clear than other nights regarding which lineups work. Last night, it was Watson-Burks-Hayward-Favors-Jefferson.

Coaching 101.

Haha :) He's in Besiktas, filling Deron's place.

Someone brought up the GSW a few years ago and similar to this game and the NYK game except if I remember right they dressed whatever the minimum is (7 or 8) but only actually had 6 healthy that could play and the Jazz also lost that game. Maybe someone on the Jazz can give them a history lesson since they are repeating it.

Also Millsap has now been dominated by backups Kleiza (repeat offender however) Novak and Ayon last night. I'm more critical of Sap because of who he is and what you means to this team, he should be the on floor leader by example type player and nights like last night doesn't set a good example to say the least.

Also as mad as I was at the refs in the first half (not a single shooting foul called against NOH) in the second half I was even more disgusted by the starters.

Serious question how many times has a team not had a shooting foul called against them in an entire half?

Our starting front court played like p******, so I'm more mad at them than the refs.
