Cavs and Wolves Agree on Love for Wiggins/Bennett/1st

It's a fair deal. That first isn't going to be in the lottery anyway.

That's what it was always gonna cost the Cavs, what's involved has been reported a while now.

Minny got a good deal but they deserve it after all the bad years they've had to endured VS all the luck Cavs got with the lottery.

Good deal..

Gives Lebron a chance to win NOW. Wiggins needs time to develop and we still dont know what he'll do in the NBA.

The only thing I don't like about this is that the pick Minnesota gets is protected. It's probably a moot point anyway, but there should be no scenario in which Cleveland could even possibly retain that pick.

Two #1 picks is too much for a guy who never has been tested postseason, is a defensive liability.
Trading Wiggins makes sense following Lebron's return but they should have got much more in return.

Woj confirmed that few minutes ago. This is crazy. The Cavs got robbed.

Well there is a reason why certain franchises suck year after year. Sorry but this is a dumb trade. If the Cavs waited one year, they could have gotten Love next year. Just having a big three does not guarantee a championship, you need to have bench guys. I think Minnesota fans should be excited about their team. They are going to be fun to watch. This trade opens up time for Deng, and the now have Robinson, LaVine and Wiggins. Talk about having some athletes.

THis sucks for the Jazz because now the division just got tougher.

With Lebron being anorexic now, the trade makes even more sense than it already did. That Irving/James/Wiggins combo never struck me as being particularly complementary.

I actually heard that it's impossible for the cavs to get love next year in free agency due to CBA rules.
Something about them being over the cap and already having two players on max contracts

Yeah, I think it's pretty clear they couldn't get Love next year or they would have done it. I don't think they were dying to get rid of Wiggins.

Cavs are stupid. They got robbed. They should have only had to give up Wiggins.

Wow!

They should have held out and called Minnesota ' s bluff

Does Anthony Bennett really feel like a #1 pick to anyone here?
