What's new

Cavs @ Jazz, 1/14/11, 7 pm Local Time

Are Jamario Moon and Ryan Hollis the same person?

On a seriouser note, though, I like Jamario Moon. Kid got a break to make it to the NBA, and he plays like it makes him happy. It's a feel-good story.

Story of my life, kid.

I say the Jazz start with this lineup to keep it competitive.

Price
Watson
Hayward
Evans
Fesenko

Oh wait, that might accidentally get us a good start to the game.
Nevermind, lets use our regular starting lineup.

Yeah, I may be leaving early tonight as well so I can make it to a 10:15 movie. Big game though, for sure.

It's my younger boy's turn for a game and his attention span usually lasts through the Taco Bell parachute drop.

The money-line right now for the Cavs is +1700. I'm half tempted to make that wager. Not because I don't think we'll win but because I wouldn't value our odds at 17:1.

The Vegas Hilton even has it at +1900!

What I really wish I could do (physically in Vegas) is purchase a $100 Cavs wager now and then try to sell the ticket in a side-deal after the first quarter.

That would only work if you find a taker who has absolutely no knowledge about the Jazz first quarter "strategy".

I feel comfortable asserting the Jazz first quarter issues are probably not well known outside of fans of the team and NBA professionals.

I mean, can you tell me anything about the first quarter trends of any other team in the league without loooking it up?

The Jazz better win by 56.
If they don't, I don't think we will beat the Lakers when we meet them in the 2nd round this year.

You guys don't get it, do you? This game is bigger than you can possibly imagine. It's more meaningful and has more implications than the ****ing joke of a comedian that is Howie Mandel. Why are you're posts so unserious? This board is a joke. This game means everything to the Jazz community and if you don't think so.. then I guess you aren't part of it.

Damn! Throw $100 on the Cavs!
