So no Irish Whiskey either? I hope we sees us some Price tonight. We need to make sure he gets minutes instead of Hayward. i hope we act like we know how to play defense tonight. Perhaps a little Fes tonight as well?

You need to watch games closer. AK is more active than he's been all season. He's had some big games earlier because he was hitting jumpshots, but he hasn't been "everywhere" like this for a long time.

Did you not read the reports on how the Williams trade came about? KOC called NJ to enquire about trading "another player." You know he was offering AK to Prokhorov. Then, after being rebuffed, KOC - according to reports - asked King if there were anyone else he'd be interested in. King nibbled, and since he was the one asking for Deron, and not KOC trying to "dump" him, King knew the price would have to be pretty substantial.

O'Connor did a masterful job of managing the situation. He put Deron on the market without really putting him on the market. It's typical KOC operating procedure, you don't hear a word until the deal is done.

Anyway, back to the game...Boston should win, but I hope the Jazz make this close.
 
I expect a performance similar to the Dallas game. Jazz keep it close for about 2.5 quarters (untill about 5 minutes left in the 3rd) when Boston just blows them away. Jazz relied heavily on Dwill down the stretch of games, and have not yet learned how to close a game out. Go Jazz.

Wish I could be at the arena tonight, I'd like to hear the crowd respond to the new players, & new coach.

Completely disagree. I realize AK had a phenom game the other night, but he also had a string of them earlier in the year...just like he had against the Pistons. Trust me. Bro.
 
If AK never takes a shot outside of 4 feet, and continues to be active around the hoop, he'll continue to stay off my ****-list. Any time he takes a jumper, I curse at him.
 
I think this is one Utah can win because of the home crowd. I think fans are going to be jacked up due to the arrival of Harris and Favors. I believe most Jazz fans still like Deron, but there's a chip on our shoulders as we wonder why our franchise wasn't good enough for him to want to stay. I expect a playoff like atmosphere and Jazz fans going out of their way to show Harris and Favors that they now play for the team with the best fans in the NBA.

It may just be enough for the Jazz to get a win over a team that's obviously better than them.
 
Jazz can win this.

The Celtics aren't the same bad boy team without Perkins. And the Celtics are a horrible rebounding team, so we shouldn't give up rebound after rebound like we did against Detroit.

What's really going to be key is containing Ray Allen and Paul Piece.... And whether we can get (anything) out of our 2s and 3s...

If the Jazz backcourt can give us something, then we'll win.
 
Jazz play playoff caliber for the first quarter, but somehow find themselves hopelessly behind by 9. The great home crowd gets wrestless and the groaning begins. This turns to boo's every time AJ shoots a push shot, Price gambles on a steal and misses, Fes knocks a rebound out of bounds, CJ stand up from his chair, and any player attempts to throw a pass into the low post but misses (thanks for the one thing you taught these guys Deron).

Open Boos soon. Book it.

You really think Fes is going to play? But Price shows great hustle and energy. isn't that enough?
 
Didn't Hayward play well last time against Boston ?

PLEASE tell me he backs up Raja tonite and not Price.
