Colbert > Stewart

Colbert is faaaaaaaaar to obnoxious too be funny long term. He was great on the Daily Show when it was a short little segment. Some things on his show are funny but his rhetoric get old and annoying fast. Colbert's interviews are terrible. Sometimes they are funny but usually he just talks over the guests and does not ask any questions even when he has great people on. The last point is that Stewart is one of the most knowledgeable people in news, he strikes a great balance in humor and great news show.

I like Stewart more than Colbert as well, personally. Just strikes me as a decent dude, that I'd get along with.

I knew this... I only asked why the troll seemed to flair lately. Keep it going, by all means. It's kinda fun to watch PoKeMon and Stoked grasp for sense as if the two party system began with Adam vs. Eve.

This. Colbert is hilarious in small doses. The big difference to me is, Colbert is playing a(n over the top) character for parody, Stewart isn't. Stewart's commentary actually causes me to want to analyze. Colbert is more just entertainment.

We've got a bronco and a bronkster? I agree with them, Colbert can be good, but his shtick gets tiresome sometimes.
Stewart is funny, but his understanding of economic issues is weak. It is sad that mainstream media doesn't eclipse him as a source of news and opinion.
