The Bobcats fired their head coach this morning. Perhaps it can be contagious.
I have a hard time envisioning Jackson coaching that team.
So how many openings for head coach are there? Does Jeff Hornaceck get interviewed for any of them? Sidney Lowe?
Charlotte
Cleveland
Detroit
Phoenix?
Milwaukee?
New Jersey?

FWIW, the Jazz with the same coach and improved everything else had a worse winning percentage than last year and Ty's the guy. An organization in complete turmoil with a new coach had a winning percentage 2.5 TIMES (.106 to .256) better than last year and he gets fired. I CAN understand the former, I CANNOT understand the latter.

Would Horny threatening to leave be enough for the Jazz to fire Corbin?
We should trade Ty to Charlotte for picks
It appears like you can trade coaches.I don't think that is allowed. Wish it was because it would be interesting to see what kind of offers were rumoured.
Van Gundy's appointment Friday ended a chaotic two weeks in which the Magic fired veteran coach Brian Hill, hired Donovan and then negotiated his exodus and battled with the Miami Heat for the rights to hire Van Gundy.
And because the Heat were demanding compensation to let Van Gundy out of his contract, the deal almost collapsed.
Van Gundy flew cross-country Wednesday from Miami to Sacramento thinking he'd be the next coach of the Kings.
But when the Magic and Heat reached a deal — Orlando will send the 39th pick of the NBA draft to the Heat and give Miami the option of swapping first-round selections in 2008 — it allowed Orlando to hire the only other coach it interviewed.
