Chedda Burger

I am not a big fan of Apollo but I will say I think it depends on the location, as I have had drastically different results in different spots.

I still love Crown Burger, and maybe it is location again but the state street location (I think that's it, the best parking spot for Jazz games, that one) and the Layton lcation always have fresh everything, cooked perfectly, tastes awesome. The crown burger is one of my favorite burgers.

All these fancy "gourmet fast food" burger places end up being largely the same. Often the meat is seared too hard or overcooked, and they too often mistake making it big and messy with making it actually taste good.

I agree completely, but I'm pretty easy to please. I don't get buying an overpriced green chili burger when I prefer a standard bacon cheese or mushroom swiss instead. But others do and it's cool they have a passion for checking out the local supply. What annoys me is eating with people at work who are buy local buy local buy local oh it's so good, and when we are eating lunch they start praising a dog food caliber dish that's way overpriced while also punching at a barbecue joint like Dickies, which is far superior to the crap I'm paying $5 more a plate for.

Oh, and Iggy's had a pretty fantastic blue cheese burger the first time and an awful one the second. I think burger joints are like that.

I do not eat burgers often, but I did go to Maddox's in Brigham City for a burger a couple of weeks ago. It was delicious.

I love that place. I've never had a burger there though. Maybe I'll have to try it. I usually get the country fried chicken.

I almost always get their turkey burger. That has been a family favorite place for decades. Anyone remember when they had a Maddox full drive-in in Riverdale?

Yeah, I was excited when it opened up. But it was a different owner. Just a family member and not the same food. I only ate their once and it was okay but not as good as the real Maddox.

Burgers are for wimps, I got 5 of these babies this morning, gonna pop them on the barbie tomorrow night.

My favorite Cafe in Oregon got shut down for putting stray cat and dog meat in their food. All I know is they made the best Reuben I have ever had, if it took a few strays to get that, maybe it's okay.

LOL This reminds me of when I was a kid. Mexican food was not nearly as prevalent as it is now so when a new Mexican restaurant opened up it was big deal. This place was raved about and everyone went there. Come to find out they were using canned dog food in their 'taco meat'. Nobody would admit having eaten there after they were closed down.

It's not called pigeon by those that eat it. I've had squab before and it's not bad. I would eat it again knowing what it was.
