These tribes are not trying to export their culture. Nor are they trying to import ours.
I think one of the biggest issues is that they are not immune to our pathogens. Contact with us is deadly.
Sure we could storm in there with our values and tell them that the young boys will no longer be sucking their dicks, and then they and the young boys would die from stupid diseases we don't even think about.
They want to be alone, that's on them. If one of those young boys says "What was that weird flying machine I saw? I want to talk to those people inside, regardless of what my elders tell me." Well that's up to that person. It is not "our" decision, it is theirs.

We had two guys in the psych ward at work who both claimed to be Jesus they ended up punching on claiming that the other was a liar and a fraud. Nearly pissed myself i was laughing that hard.
Contact with Europeans has historically brought death to indigenous people throughout the world. Dick sucking to my knowledge is normally not fatal, maybe with an aggressive technique I dunno, will leave it to the experts.
I hate that I laughed at this.
Look, I'm obviously not going to go there and commit genocide on people who are essentially raping children, but I think stuff like that should be intervened and stopped. It might sound harsh, but I don't care if they lose some in the process of modernizing them. They are breeding into a cycle of continuous pedophilia.

They don't seem to be all that bothered by it, and good luck (peacefully) getting them to stop doing something that is apparently integral to their society and has been for untold generations.
They don't see it as pedophilia, to them it's transferring the life force from one generation to the next. You couldn't stop that without the complete upheaval of their culture. It's really not your's or anyone else's call to make.
Yeah, I completely disagree. Forcing sex acts onto children is forcing sex acts onto children.

In the case of the tribe on North Sentinel island, it is said they have lived in isolation for 60,000 years. That is a really mind boggling number and idea to wrap my head around.
They represent an earlier stage of development of the human race. None of these "uncontacted" tribes still live truly in the Stone Age. They almost all have metal trade goods by now. They almost all are at least aware that there are Westerners, by whatever name they call us. But they are all essentially not over specialized.
Now, I compare myself to their ability to survive in a pre-Neolithic era. If all the electricity in the United States shut down(EMP attack?), how long would I survive? I don't believe very long at all. Without my meds, forget it really. As for food, well my wife knows every edible plant in our local ecosystem, and shellfish is abundant, (though I have a hard time visualizing thousands of people competing for clams, lol), but as for meat, the only place I know to hunt is the supermarket. But, survivalists have a leg up if our over specialized civilization suddenly saw the lights go out. And these isolated, uncontacted people, they too have a leg up, because they never over specialized to begin with.
So, I have always believed it is a very cool thing that people very close to Stone Age people still exist. The whole notion of that reality I find very cool, and something to be protected. And, if I look at the history of the European occupation of the Western Hemisphere, I see that the so-called Indian Wars, that began here on the East Coast, and right here where I live, are actually still ongoing in a place like Amazonia, where loggers and miners sometimes engage in violent encounters with pre-Neolithic level humans. The encounter that began in 1492 is ongoing to some degree, and that too is something I find remarkable to contemplate. And sad, really. I wish the best to all those uncontacted people of Amazonia.
