Clearing up Jazz draft scenarios

The Jazz WILL be trading at least 1 of the picks and probably one of the "Core". The Jazz team is so young that they have no room to have 3(4 Neto) rookies on the team. The Jazz need to go for a top 3 talent in the draft. I think they may have a better chance at getting vets with there "assets"

I'd bet 10 dollars that Jazz will trade down.
with 5 they have marginal improvement.
with 2 picks they will have two marginal improvements.

with 5 they have marginal improvement.
with 2 picks they will have two marginal improvements.

And not enough playing time to keep everyone happy.
Two marginal improvements is not better than swinging for the fences at #5. Marginal improvements (i.e. backups) can be had with the Jazz' cap space. I don't bet $ on the internet, but I'll give you 5 reps if the Jazz trade down. They'll stay at #5 or move up a spot or two (depending on how the first couple of picks go).

None of the top four teams should trade their picks.
Jazz have no chance of moving up.
But Jazz should stay at #5.
One of the next four or five guys should be all star caliber.
Trust Jazz will figure that out and pick him.
The #23 and #35 plus players should be tradeable for better picks or players.
