Well yeah but the appeal was not only to Rock's typical comedic audience. Chapelle has not played the race card for black audiences IMO but Rock has thrived on it. This skit was appeal to whites not blacks an Chapelle killed it. He was not putting down he was rolling his eyes an relating to white people on taxes an wealth an stuff. Subtle comedy.

The Chapelle Show played all of those cards all the time. He is very even handed. Also a comedic genius IMO.

To him its a hoax and i now im hearing that if the obama administration get us onboard with the world policy to try to do things to slow/prevent global warming (i forget the name of the policy) then he will use executive action to have our countries signature deleted and completely back out of the agreement. (iirc there is something like 170 countries on board currently, including china.)

This should surprise no one. Trump as our president was obviously a bad idea.

Most people (and they are not all liberals) who believe global warming/climate change to be a real thing believe so because almost all scientists have studied it and came to the conclusion that it is a real thing. I have no idea if the scientists are conservatives or liberals and dont really care.

No you are wrong. Republicans and democrats sometimes agree on things. Many republicans and democrats believed that hilary and trump were both horrible candidates. And just because you believe in global warming/climate change does not mean you are a liberal/democrat. Many conservatives believe in global warming/climate change. I know this concept is hard for you to understand due to the little box you are trapped in and the closed mind you are using.

Cats and dogs actually get along quite often too. Not everything is black and white like you seem to think. There are gray areas too.
