Must be. Good observation. I'm quite certain that is too conservative.
I thought he would get about 15.
 
Fuuu me, why are we doubling Jamal out 5 feet past the 3-point line and leaving Green wide open? I don't care if he isn't a great 3-point shooter, that's their best chance at winning this thing.

Burks said before the game that no one told him about any sort of minutes restriction. I can't imagine there would be a limitation without him being informed about it.
