This, he gave him way too much space. Come on guys do your homework, he can shoot the ball.

He contested the shot, it was solid defense. It was a tied game, you cant just let one of the best pull up midrange shooters go right past you and take a wide open pull jumper.

Gobert: 24 minutes. 3-3 from the field. 7 rebounds. 1 assist.

Ingles: 22 minutes. 2-5 from the field. 5 points. 2 rebounds. Zero assists.

The Clippers players wanted this game and they played like it. I don't even know what else to say. Jazz blew it.

How in the **** does Aldrich double Favors point total?!? I love Favors but WTF is this? We piss games away and our offense is cringe worthy

Also, Snyders offence sucks down the stretch. It works for 46 minutes, but when it comes down to possession basketball, not so much.

Our entire team turns into a deer in headlights under pressure down the stretch. I could hear their raisins puckering over my surround sound. Hard to blame Quin for that. I do think Quin has been pretty mediocre in game management, though.

I was wondering why Ingles didn't pressure Crawford with a double team as the clock started to wind down. He wasn't close enough to guard Wilcox from where he was standing

can't see us making the playoffs without winning the next three.

Fish, this might do you in for that bet.
Tbh I had them losing this one. Then winning the last three.

So frustrating. Should have won against the warriors (****ing free throws), could have beat the spurs, and should have won tonight.

Bull ****, bro. Force him to DRIVE with about 6 left, or hey, don't switch!

I don;t get why Ingles was in that OT lineup the spacing looked awkward and didn't leave much opportunity for 2nd chance points.

Should've let Rudy keep going at Aldridge, why not??

Fair point but idgaf.

I agree it was solid defense, the moves were perfect, just one foot further away from where they should have taken place. I'm not buying that that's the best he could have been guarded. I hope they go over that play in the locker room plenty.

Just because he made the shot you are mad. He made a tough shot. Better offense beats better defense every time. Pressuring him and forcing him to drive doesnt help us in that situation as it just lets him take a higher % shot (he is only a 33% shooter on the season) or allows him to make a play if help comes over.

One team just played a lot harder than the other.

How does some white guy named Cole completely dominate our bigs?

Heart makes up for talent. Too bad, because we could've had the 6th seed. Now we get to be GS's/SA's punching bag for 4 games

Yeah, sure it could have been better, but he is guarding a very bouncy and crafty scorer. Forcing him to shoot a 3 rather than drive and get into the midrange (where Crawford is better) was the smart defensive strategy in that situation.

If they need a 3 to win and we are up 2, then yeah, force him off that line at all cost.

My take on the game is that Mack could not guard Crawford and we let him get into a rhythm. We should've played Neto more, he was playing better defense. And how the heck did Aldrich outplay both Rudy and Favors? I didn't like the way Quin managed the rotations tonight either. And we are relying too much on the 3-point shot. What is it with Gordon continually driving in the paint with four guys collapsing on him and the refs are not calling the contact and he's not kicking it out? This has to be one of the most frustrating games this year. Only bright spot was Alec returning.
