Was also thinking it'd be cool to have mini-meetups once the season gets started. Just small get togethers on game nights at various types of places, sports pubs, restaurants that show the games, someone's house, etc. Doesn't need to be a set group of people or on the same night of the week every time or anything, just someone suggesting a place and a few other people joining them there for the game.
I'll go first, although no specifics just yet. I suggest a Jazzfanz bowling night at an Allstar Lanes for a preseason game. Wear your shirt if you've got one. If not, my understanding is that Jason has extra non-customized shirts, maybe we could arrange to have a few there for people to buy.
