What's new

Corbin and Jefferson need to go.

I really don't have a problem with Corbin. The biggest issue is that he's tying himself to Jefferson's and Millsap's hip, which I don't think is the smartest way to go about it. He must think that since Jefferson is the Jazz' best offensive player, the Jazz should win or lose on his shoulders, and Jefferson has shown that the team loses when the game is put on his shoulders. He can say whatever he wants about the team needing to learn how to finish, but history is often enough a really good indicator of future results, and history shows that Jefferson as the go to guy late means the other team wins.

The wins are coming. Ty is considering benching Hayward and starting Howard since he has played SO well the last dozen games I'm assuming. So for all of those here that hate watching the young guys play and love watching our vets close out, you have less than a week to wait.

Honestly it may be a "good" move if Howard heals up a bit during the break as gtime has struggled lately. Absolutely horrible for our future. Gordon is the type who really needs confidence to excel. All of the PT is going to players who will be gone in 1 or 2 years...

Why isn't Jerry Sloan giving CJ Miles a chance? Play the damn rookies, Sloan! You're coaching us out of gamez.

Hayward sucking isn't the reason we are losing. We are losing because Al Jefferson is the softest black hole in the universe.

The Millers are loyal to a fault.

That was Larry H. Greg is not so loyal...just ask Jerry. Sloan couldn't get their support when he wanted to suspend Deron for insubordinatiion, so he finally took his ball and went home. Perhaps KOC and Greggy Boy will see that Ty is overmatched and allow him to gracefully step aside.

Sweet! Maybe we can be like Minny and have 7 players picked in the top 6 and still suck!

Go Fail!!!

Have you notice that the Jazz are below the T-Wolves so we already suck. The T-Wolves have a bright future and I would welcome more lottery talent. However, it doesn't do the Jazz any good if they don't play the players they draft.

I guess Hayward forgot the memo that the Jazz were going to force players to the sideline instead of allowing them to get into the lane. Sorry but Hayward contributed to the loss big time.

I have been a big supporter of complete rebuild. Unfortunately, the Jazz as an organization seems to have a different idea which in my opinion will lead to many more frustrating losses like last night. AJ, Harris, CJ and Howard (he played well) have had little team success in their careers. They are the players they are. I believe they are holding back the young guys along with Ty.

I think AJ is holding back the young guys and needs to go. Do you really think the Jazz are going to re-sign AJ or Harris? They are either part of the future or they are not? To me it is pretty obvious that they are not main cogs in a championship machine. CJ needed to go two seasons ago.

I've long thought that Sloan's methods were outdated and did not fit the players of this era. I was not a fan of Corbin being named head coach, certainly not being given a long-term contract.

Utah Jazz basketball needs stop living in the past. Step out from the shadow of Stockton, Malone and Sloan and forge a new identity instead of trying to fit into the old, familiar mold.

But, but, but, what about all those rings Ol' Jer's system got us? LOL. Nevemind.

I could not agree with you more. I am sick and tired of hearing about "Jazz basketball" = Sloan basketball. Time to try out "championship basketball" and maybe try to emulate coaches who have gotten it done, like Pops or Phil.
