Corbin has worried me today

Former Warriors Jefferson and Biedrins — and Rush when he returns — might work into the mix more in the beginning stages of the season, Corbin hinted. Most of this Jazz squad is so raw, and these guys, even if past their primes, offer veteran know-how.

“They are the experienced guys,” Corbin said, “so we are going to have to rely on them a little bit earlier to make sure they help this young group grow.”

On top of that, Corbin has liked what he’s seen from the veterans in camp, and he’s been especially complimentary of Jefferson.

WHAT IS THAT TY?????

Richard Jefferson can play 15-18 minutes. No problem for me...

I like Rush as well.
The only thing i like of Biedrinşşşş is we're both left handed :) :)

Mother of ****ing ****, he's just trolling at this point...he has to be.

Someone forgot to give the memo to Ty that we are tanking this season. He just loves to play people named "Jefferson".

What is he supposed to say? Despite of Corbin's history, I wouldn't worry all that much about Favors or Kanter being sidelined for Biedrins.

If the starting line up isn't Burke-Burks-Hayward-Favors-Kanter tonight then I'm going to throw something.

Don't worry about it if Corbin plays the vets a lot of minutes in the preseason, he probably just wants to know what he has in them. He already knows what he has in the young guys.

Jefferson looks good. I wouldn't hesitate to start him over that one dimensional chucking Alec "Nick Young" Burks.

Jefferson's a better shooter.
Smarter player.
Makes hard cuts and sets better screens.
Understands how to take advantage of mismatches.

Burks is fast and can drive wildly to the lane, yo.

Corbin is fully into the tank and keeping contracts affordable. Viva la draft picks.

Or he doesn't want to travel as much this year.

Obligatory post from Frank. Thanks for the lulz.

So you are worried that Biedrins and Jefferson will play over Jeremy Evans and the injured Marvin Williams? Doubt R Jeff is going to average more than 20 minutes a night, and there is no way in hell that Biedrins starts over Kanter or Favors, or even plays over them. Corbin would have a swift kick in the pants from DL if that were to happen.

Honestly, I see the starting lineup as Burke, Hayward, Jefferson, Kanter, Favors.

Also a wilcard lineup of Burks, Hayward, Jefferson, Kanter, Favors. That would be crazy.

Core 4 better start
