I really think this is as good as the Warriors are gonna get. Maybe they're a bit better next year, but they've blown their asset load. 2017 is looking good.

"Creating offense" doesn't JUST mean getting your own shot. It means putting pressure on the defense with one's own ability to create a good offensive possession.

He's also been showing some really good passing qualities and play making when the defense has to collapse in on him. He definitely needs to improve, but it's a good sign.

Last year he averaged 1.4 apg. This year 2.7. Granted part of that comes simply from the 10 extra mpg he plays this year. I'd love he could get that up to 3.5-4.0 apg.

He can. He was a good and willing passer in college. Right now he plays alot of minutes with bench players and im sure is told to be the scorer of the second unit.

Put him in a starter role and give him 35 minutes per game with him being the main initiater of the offense (ala james harden) and he will average 3.5-4.0 assists per game.

The team might not do too well though since im not convinced he can be a number 1 option on a good team

I would like to see him as a starter next year as well. I do not think he needs to intiate the offense though. He doesn't now and he gets 2.7 apg. Add another 10mpg (that'll place him around 37mpg) and he can average 3.5apg.
