Could this have been one of the deepest drafts of all time?

Think about it. Fab Melo was drafted 22nd. This is a 7foot Center who probably would have been top 5 last year. Jared Sullinger was drafted 21 and he would have been a very high draft pick last year. Perry Jones was like 28. I can't recall a deeper draft, but if you can please post.

The Bulls and the Spurs drafted Asik and Splitter, 7 footers, late in the draft, I think.
So Melo at 22 might not be that unusual, although you are making me a little sad and jealous.

Sure, it could have been one of the deepest drafts ever. Or it could turn out to be average or weak. Let's see how this year's rookies are doing by the end of their rookie contracts.
