Anyone ever get court side or seats right behind the players bench? Was it worth it or no?

Any tips for getting players' attention, autographs? Bring your own sharpie etc

Any funny stories? I don't want to get thrown out.

Closest i have been was row 7. Was row 13 once too. Imo those row 7 seasts were so close that it felt like i was on row one. I dont know the prices of the different rows but if there is a huge difference in price then personally i would just get row 5-15 rather than courtside.

Both times i had those really close seats i didnt pay for them btw. Im cheap and poor so for me i doubt the price would be worth it.

When i do buy seats i always and only buy row 1 of the upper bowl. I think they are the best bang for your buck.

I was on row 2 right behind the bench last year at the Washington drubbing. It is a different experience and I am glad I got to sit so close but honestly not sure they are worth the price. When you are up higher you can watch the entire floor. Being on the floor you really only see what's right in front of you. FYI, I hope you don't mind foul language because it flows freely down there.

How much did that run ya scat? Did you attempt any coaching being that close? =)

You won't be getting any special autographs so don't try it. If you want autographs, regardless of seats, just go an hour early and you can go watch them shootaround and hope a few stop and sign a few autographs. Behind the bench, you'll get shut down quickly.

I had like row 4 (it was really row 7 I think) 15 years ago or something. Only thing I really recall was Ostertag giving me a crazy face while I was taking a picture of the huddle and he wasn't paying attention to Sloan. Wonder if I have that pic still...

I’ve gotten seats behind the jazz bench at a couple away games. Def can get some attention and probably some autographs if you desire - especially by showing up early and repping your Jazz gear. Probably bring your own sharpie, yeah.

Seems showing up early for shootaround is best chance for autographs no matter where your seats are

Yup hang out by the tunnel as they warm up... stay off the steps and ushers are usually cool.

Also, generally you should wait to ask until they are coming off for warm ups... not when they go out to warm up.

Not at a Jazz game but plenty of college hoops games and my ex girlfriend got me right behind the bench to nuggets and nets. I was smack talking Evan Fournier I think it was the whole time. Ty Lawson tossed me his headband. I had the bench laughing there butts off. I have the headband to some like 16 year old kid by me. I hated ty Lawson and my ex liked him. So looking back I should of have her the headband but at the time I didn't want to hear about me because I thought he was a scrub. Standing next to him I dwarfed him. He five ten with shoes on maybe

the only people that should be looking to get autographs is the kids. Not adults. Imo

I’m of a different philosophy where I think people who desire autographs should try and get them, but I belong to a group that does not desire them.

Also well aware this site is a sham.

For autographs that's For the kids. As an adult don't be a weirdo. My kid has got a ton of autographs from the baseball team and my buddy works for altitude sport so we have been inside the nuggets lockerroom. The players have no problem signing for the kids but for adults, well don't be surprised if they blow you off.my son got some football cards signed by players who used to play in nfl. They in my rec bball league and leagues we do for charity during the summer.

I'm telling you the players will almost always sign for kids but adults they will blow off. I seen it a lot of times first hand.

I only do it when I'm with my kid... we did get a picture that he took with Donovan signed... that sucker is on the wall and is super cool. When its just me no autographs.
