Jrue is one of the best guard defenders in the NBA. Plus unlike many of the other elite defenders is also really good on offense and making players around him better. Plus he can play the 1 or the 2.
Who's the 2 ahead of him?Jrue the 3rd option on a mediocre team Holliday?
Yeah, I deleted it. I was told it was my turn.silesian was supposed to pick before you spy.

Who’s going to stop this?
He did take Horford before?
He’s a good player in a sea of good players taken in the third round. It’s not like he’s a perennial allstar he can’t elevate his team as a #1 option and only made the playoffs I think 2-3 times playing all these years with a top 5 talent in Davis. I wouldn’t say he totally sticks out from anyone else picked in the third round.Jrue is one of the best guard defenders in the NBA. Really good value for JJJ. Already very good player, and should continue to improve next year.Jaren Jackson Jr
He fits the style Ben Simmons wants to play. Less of a low post player more of a slasher/ spot up 3pt shooter. Shot 39% on 6 attempts per game, and still improving.Really good value for JJJ. Already very good player, and should continue to improve next year.
I think I’m the first with a starting lineup. So, for your viewing pleasure...
Jaren Jackson Jr
Zion Williams
Tobias Harris
CJ McCollum

I really wanted to pick him in the third round, but having Simmons I felt I needed a more feared shooter to give Simmons the room he needs to operate in. Not that Holiday is a bad shooter or anything. I just wanted someone that no one would ever leave open, so I went with CJExactly, everyone bags on AD for not elevating his team enough but outside of that Portland slaughter in the opening round when has Jrue really really stood out? He's a good player and I would have picked him if he was still available but he's just a good player among good players.

Well I don’t know about shooting like dog **** at any point but is averaging 22 points and shooting 38% from three. If he was shooting like crap earlier he brought it up quite nicely.Did CJ ever pick up this year? I know he was shooting like dog *** for a good while to open the year.
