* Gordon Hayward, Utah. Another huge year-to-year jump from a guy I’ve hit hard in the past. This season: +1.19 DRPM. Last season: -1.59. He keeps up this improvement and Hayward will be worth that big contract.

* Trey Burke, Utah. Another minus/plus player (Utah was minus when he played, plus when he didn’t). Which is why there rumblings that Utah would trade the smooth shooting young guard only two seasons after he was the 9th overall pick.
