I know. I don't even know why I remember those city names. Totally irrelevant for me. It's not like I am going to visit Utah if I come to USA.
 
As long as he scores a lot, plays good D and have lots of assists I don't mind him calling Utah a City, state, nation, continent or whatever he wants.
 
Very few (if any) 18 year olds living in the entire USA - let alone all citizens - would be able to accurately apply geographical language, and which places are categorized as what in Australia.

Well if you ski, Utah is a prime location for foreigners to come. Also if you are into white water rafting, camping and national parks. Utah is high on your list.

The thing working against Utah is that you can do all this in Colorado while smoking weed
 
This really pisses me off. You'd think someone from a big state like Austria would know the difference between a state and a city. I say we trade his ***.

On second thought, I remember Dirk saying the same thing, so if Karl and Dirk both said it, I think it's fair to say we surely must have our next all-star. Even though this mistake is crucial and unforgiveable, maybe we should keep him.
 
If you follow the NBA from afar and most of the team names start with a city, it's probably safest to just assume Utah is a city.

.....hey! If this kid is from Australia....he's got to like snakes! Let him know that Utah is home to some really nice Rattlesnakes, like the rare "Midget faded rattlesnake"! Could be a great selling point! Might even give us a hometown discount down the road!

How many teams in the NBA are named after the state instead of city? Hell how many teams in the NBA, NFL and MLB combined are named after a state instead of city? I'll give them a pass. If for no other reason that this. The other main reason I'll give them a pass is......It doesn't matter or mean ****.
