Dante Exum 22 points!!!

PG_AB I know you were very impressed with Brandon Ingram's 22 points a few weeks ago. Which is more impressive, his or Exum's?

Let's not forget this game if his next game is a flop. Lets also not forget his next game could be a flop. His trajectory has been upward which is the most important thing.

Guyz, I am not sure if this makes any sense.

I understand it. If he sucks next game let's not freak out about it and we need to realize he isn't going to score 20+ every game going forward. He's made a huge step forward these past few months and that's what is most important.

Can you imagine if Dante ever becomes an Allstar? Seem impossible? Whenever anything seems impossible, just remember that JR Smith is an NBA champion.

One of Exum's biggest issues in finishing and perhaps with his handle as well is awful hands. Most of that has to do with when he finishes but he seems to have very little control over the ball, despite having what I assume to be fairly large hands. It's sort of in his hand (not palmed or grasped in a way with firm control at all) just sitting there. It's really awkward.

Exum has great hands and handle. His issue is lack of strength which causes him to lose control of balance/handle.

Probably an exaggeration on my part, but I think its better than he gets credit for.

Over the past few games, he's been dribbling with ball with more force, which makes for a tighter handle. Before this recent stretch, his handles were pretty bad. They're still below average for an NBA PG.

Super freaking awesome for an Australian HS student though, amiright? I bet he'd be tearing it up at Sydney U, or whatever they do for school down there.

What has held Dante back the most is his level of confidence. Barring any significant injuries, the sky is the limit for this kid.
