We really can’t play defense where we reach and let them blow past us. We also can’t have the big dropping so low on pick and rolls if the guard is going to get caught up in the screen.

If I was Hardy, I think I might give NAW some minutes tonight. He's one of our best point of attack defenders.

Turkey and cheese sandwich on sourdough and the usual (string cheese, carrots, aussie bites, apple, and protein bar.)
 
Simone should have passed that back out on the offensive rebound.
 
Our transition defense is terrible. Portland has hit a bunch of ******** shots though.
 
I thought Vando was playing very good on both ends. He was feeling it. No fouls either. Feel like hardy should have stuck with him a bit longer. On the other hand as another poster noted in another thread, vando and kessler dont play together. At all.
 
Damn. We start catching up soon. We are falling too far behind. I still think we win this though
 
Kessler obviously a good drop defender, but the team just isnt talented enough defensively outside of him to be much in any scheme we run. The early stuff was fool's gold.
 
Wait, Clarkson is playing tonight?
 
I think Hardy should have been trying to match kessler minutes with Nurkic minutes as much as possible tonight.
