Describe your first Jazz game ever!

My family got season tickets for the first time in my life this year and I can't wait to go to every game that I can! I remember my first Jazz game ever my elder and uncle took me to when I was 6. The Jazz were versus the Kings and it was just so loud. Jason Williamson got booed so loud and I remember being scared. But the Jazz were winning the whole time so it was so fun. I remember getting Nachos with me uncle and two guys slapped me high five and said they liked my John Stockton jersey. It was like they knew it was my first Jazz game. I spilled my soda by accident in our seats and my elder yelled at me but then got me cotton candy because he said I couldn't spill that. Shandon Anderson scored so many and I remember he couldn't miss. When I would go to the gym at Church to shoot with my elder he used to tell me to shoot like Shandon after that. Those were my most vivid memories. I think it was playoffs but I can't remember. Jazz won of course.

I was too young I can't really remember, but I do remember going to a Sunday game when I was 7 or so and was way excited I got to miss half of church.

Don't remember much about my first game..

It was against the Cavs. Jeff Malone made a last second three that bounced around the rim and Karl went up to tip it in but pulled his hand back before the ball went in. There was a controversy whether he touched the ball meaning it wouldn't have counted due to offensive goaltending. Was just a boy, can't remember how old I was. Was a looooooooong time ago.

Not sure if it was my first game or not but remember I was at the jazz vs nuggets (using jr jazz tix) in the nosebleeds.
It was the game that the jazz came back from like 35 pts down to win..... I think it still stands as the biggest comeback in team history.
It was pretty sweet...... I remember telling the guy in front of me, "we have no chance now that we are down 20", and then saying the same thing when down 30.

Who woulda thunk

My first game we snuck down to the 4th row at halftime. What stood out to me was how big Antoine Carr was. He looked a lot bigger than Malone and it surprised me because I thought Malone was bigger. Dont remember much else.

Rode in the shell of a pick-up 2.5 hours in the cold with Jr. Jazz team to go to the Salt Palace. Scared to death that the gangs in downtown SLC were going to get us.

Jazz beat the mavericks. James Donaldson was so big and couldn't guard karl.

the next day on Jazz talk radio some lady called to complain about all of the jr. jazz kids at the game.

Well let me think.. lower bowl seats. Jazz/Mavs when Steve Nash and Dirk were first clicking. They had Shawn Bradley, and before the game he was shooting 3's.

Oh. And just before tip off the jerk behind me spills his beer down my back.

Since I'm sure that was one of you, I hope you die.

lmao. It's funny how many Utahns are still afraid of the "big City".

Did he buy you a shirt? I always buy people a shirt when I spill beer on them in an arena. It's the least I can do.

1987 or so. Went with my family. Only things I remember was that the giveaway was a poster of Marc Iavaroni and some old battle ax behind us kept screaming, "Get it together Iavaroni! This is your night for God's sake!"

It's what we yell at each other now when somebody does something dumb.

Jr Jazz for me too. I am too ADD to remember specifics of the game.

Enough decency to get me some napkins....but that's about it

Sent from my DROID RAZR using JazzFanz mobile app

Accidentally spilled beer all over a lady at an RSL game once.

Was drunk and told her she shouldn't have come to a soccer game if she didn't want to have fun.
