He's a willing worker, except when he's not boxing out.Big Al is obviously a willing worker, so I have no concern with his learning the Jazz system. Getting guys to buy into it is always half the battle.
While he's learning the system, he shouldn't play as many minutes if he's not trying to make up for it in non-system development ways like boxing out. Also, his minutes need to be managed because he's not probably in 100% shape.
In other words, when the matchups call for it or allow it (Griffin/Kaman, Biedrins/Lee, Nene/Shelden), play the centers more--especially given that they will likely be needed against the tall contenders (Lakers, Magic, maybe Celtics, maybe Spurs).
