DesNews: Al Jefferson still has a lot to learn about Jazz offense

Big Al is obviously a willing worker, so I have no concern with his learning the Jazz system. Getting guys to buy into it is always half the battle.
He's a willing worker, except when he's not boxing out.

While he's learning the system, he shouldn't play as many minutes if he's not trying to make up for it in non-system development ways like boxing out. Also, his minutes need to be managed because he's not probably in 100% shape.

In other words, when the matchups call for it or allow it (Griffin/Kaman, Biedrins/Lee, Nene/Shelden), play the centers more--especially given that they will likely be needed against the tall contenders (Lakers, Magic, maybe Celtics, maybe Spurs).
