I'm really looking forward to the leadership that will be provided by our 15 pick. He's going to be good, but everyone else sucks at leadership. I hope we can tank to finally be able to draft a real leader.

Haven't you heard we're stockpiling picks for the 2017 draft?
Lindsey is currently scouring the high schools looking for players who are not only the leading scorers on their teams, but who are also involved in Student Council, the Young Republicans or who once gave a report on Ronald Reagan as their "hero" in their U.S. Government class.

If they are planning to be Polysci majors I'm all in. It sounds like those kids have some enormous upside and potential.
 
I'd rather talk about your sig.

*Good defenses have adjusted to offenses addicted to high screen-roll
*Good offenses have wings who put the ball on the floor, attack open spaces, and make good quick passes because great defenses have adjusted to wings who sit on the perimeter and focus on threes
*If you can start a secondary offense from a catch in the post, then you can turn these modern defenses around and get open looks with good ball movement. Turn them around and be prepared to make the third or fourth pass

Did you get this from somewhere? You seem to be a [HUGE] fan of the way the Spurs do things so I'm guessing it's a Gary Neal or Boris Diaw qoute.

Anyway, I disagree. The secret to the Spurs' 4 out 1 in is the same as J-Slo's flex: constant movement and double screens. The playmaker portion of your sig is spot on though. Everyone the Spurs get are able to put the rock on the floor.

It's just hard to find a really good player who also knows how to lead. I'm not sure you can expect to have that on every team.

I also think coaches are often forgot about. They are after all, hired to lead. Maybe Snyder can lead the team.
