There's a thread about this in the Jazz forum focusing on where Jazz players are ranked by a panel ESPN put together. They're revealing rankings for 20 players each weekday (excluding Labor Day) until they get to #1. Here's a link to today's: https://espn.go.com/nba/story/_/id/8339576/2012-nba-player-rankings-161-180 (this page has links to the other rankings). Anyway, feel free to comment on non-Jazz player rankings that you think are too high, too low, or surprise you for whatever reason. This thread was inspired by Steve Novak being ranked at #176.
I think that's pretty high for someone who had the following stat line last year: 8.8 PPG, 1.9 RPG, 0.2 APG, 0.3 SPG, 0.2 BPG, 47.8% FG, 47.2% 3FG, 133 3PFG
Sure, he had a fantastic year on 3P%. But of all the one-dimensional three-point shooters I've ever seen, he's the most one-dimensional of them all. No passing, no defense, very little rebounding, and 2.5 3PFG per game. With ESPN ranking 500 players, I fail to see how Novak is even in the top half.
