I wanna see what they do with Terrence Jones before answering but I'll reserve my spot.

I also hope they sign Quinn Cook from the D-League.
 
I think they can play all of Jones, AD, and Cuz at the same time.
Jones may be the most underpaid player in the league.

Rudy's the most underpaid in the league this season! He's really one of the only players with a case over Steph..

I think they can play all 3 of them together too.. People seem to be underrating Anthony Davis ability to make things work defensively and Cousins offensively (specifically his passing). They've got Solomon Hill to switch onto a real SF matchup with handle/1st step like a guard.

thats outrageous.. should've taken that deal.. probably hurts their chances at the #1 pick in 2018 tho..

I guess they really don't value McLemore that highly.. really went out of their way for Buddy. They've got Malachai Richardson too..
 
Calipari has warned it will take some time for them to figure out how to maximize the mismatches.

Kinda obvious, but still..

The deal they took leaves them with more of a clean slate going into next summer, which is going to be a pivotal summer for them..

-Who knows what Len is gonna try to pull as a RFA(They've already got McLemore to deal with too)
-Same for Warren in the summer of 2018..
-There's clear incongruity with Brandon Knight's contract being for 3 more seasons. this is definitely a hangup/difference. all their vets expire by next summer the way they did it..

Wow. That unprotected pick alone should have been enough to make it better than Hield. I get why they wouldn't want Knight w/ his contract though.

Hopefully playing with Davis makes him focus more on just being a post monster. He could be the next Shaq if he reigned his game in a bit and got rid of the wildness/looseness of his poor shot selection/trying to do too much on the perimeter days in Sactown.
