Do Rudy or Donovan start in the All-star game?

With our record they both are a lock to play but do either of them start? Last year the starting guards were Doncic and Harden. With Harden gone does Don get the start? Sure looks that way.

What about Rudy? Can he get the start over AD?

So if Conley were to get into the all-star game, it would have to be because we got one of these two in as starters. If we don't have any starters, then votes are going to split for our other guys, probably with no consensus.

Though the coaches could possibly give a nod to Conley as a career legacy vote on top of this year's success.

Chris Paul, Westbrick and Lillard were the other guards last year and Westbrick is now in the East. So Donovan replaces Harden as a starter and Conley replaces Westbrick.

Edit: Forgot about Steph.

Booker, Morant...

Chris Paul and Steph Curry starter. Like to get Conley finally in all star. Jazz get 3 player if record is best.

Steph and Luka most likely start at the guard spots. Donovan and Rudy will get voted in by coaches.

All Star guards in the West will likely be: Steph, Luka, Dame, Donovan, Booker, and then one of Morant or Ingram will likely make it. That assumes that PG is treated as a forward.

You have to be voted into the starter role and no one is voting a jazzman in this year, regardless of our record.

starters : Curry-Doncic-Leonard-James-Jokic
rotation : Lillard-Mitchell-George-Williamson-Davis
reserve : Booker-Gobert

As STARTERS? Sorry, won't happen.

But if the Jazz are good enough maybe they can get Conley in as well. Which, honestly, would be really great to see and one would hope it (further) endears him to the team/organization such that he stays a few more years on a (very) team-friendly deal.
