We now have too many rookies.

Favors, Hayward, Evans plus 2 1st Round Picks.

Next years draft is not supposed to be strong so they will be projects also.

Please tell me we have more to this story today........

Plus, we now have 13 players even without Memo.

Time for someone (Evans ? , Fes?, Hayward ? ) to get their suit pressed.

We'll see.

As much as I like Hayward and Evans, I think we need to package 1 of them with someone else out of here for a quality player.

Favors I think we keep of the 3.

If we do not trade, lets give minutes consistently to all 3 rookies so as we Tank, we can at least see what we have.

I agree with you on that duflyer. I want to see Bell, Okur, AK, Milsap traded. Keep the kids. This is the start of a rebuilding project. We aren't going to be a competitve team so let the young ones develop and get playing time.

Evans and Fes are nice players, but I hope they are not the pieces being moved. I have a hard time believing they will bring back a quality player (scorer or rebounder) in return who will help us win now.

KOC is usually pretty noncommittal about making a trade and says "we're always listening and looking for ways to get better, etc." but on Rome just now and at the press conference yesterday he has stated that we hopefully aren't do. That is encouraging.

I am going to be very suprised if we don't see another trade today. Our roster is totally out of wack with basically 4 (5 if you count Okur) power forwards. We have no outside scoring threat, a rookie head coach, and 3 project players (Hayward, Favors, Evans) with 2 more coming soon.

Amen.

PLEASE tell me this is part of a bigger plan.

Doubt we trade any of our young players unless its in a package deal that inludes Okur,Bell,Jefferson, or AK. I want to see Okur dealt the most, then Bell.

Would anyone be surprised if Greg Miller had absolutely no plan and was just reacting emotionally.

If I had to guess though the next trade is going to be more cost cutting than anything else.

That's what I think, so I think the players most likely to go are AK and Okur, in that order. Let's see which team has the space to absorb AK's contract and save us $5M so that we can get under the luxury tax line.
