Does Blake Griffin suck

Common thought on him was he was just a dunker who couldn't improve his game. Hes got his ft% up 70% this year and is starting to hit more outside shots. Including three pointers.

Whats your opinion on him?

He is underrated by jazz fanz

I would rather have blake than randolph, west, dirk (current version) pau, ibaka, boozer, kg,..... pretty much more than damn near every other PF.

I would take love, davis, and maybe aldridge over griffin

I agree with most of this. I think I would for sure take Aldridge at this point.

Power Forward Rankings (with futures considered)

1. Davis
2. Love
3. Aldridge
4. Griffin

I like Aldridge better than Love, because he plays ok defense, and Love no love defense.

This is only Blake's 4th year. His fg% is 52. Ft% 70. 3p% 39. 22ppg 10 rpg

Is he really that terrible? I think its more of case of HyperAntihopperism. Why does Derrick Favors get a pass to take time to develop, or Kanter for that matter? But for Blake its either you shows us championship right now or you'll suck forever. Why is that?

Blake is good. He's really improved since being in the league. I think CP3 was a good influence on that ****.

Still looks like Donkey Kong, however, but he no longer sounds retarded when speaking

he is starting to get better at making jumpers & little baby hook. he definitely improved his offensive game for sure. but he still doesn't play much defense. even though he is a great athlete, he isn't naturally strong dude for his size. it's probably because his lack of core strength. he gets pushed around by strong PFs like cousins/zebo, those with nice bun buns. IMO, blake really is a tweener who has PF size.

but you clearly see an improvement.

cousins a PF? Those 2 meet only if a switch happened or DJ didn't go back on defense fast enough.

Besides dunks? Badly.

But those dunks are not all open. He has the ability to escape from the defense, reverse crossover the slow post defender and slam dunk. Not every dunker has those. He is using his elevation and physical advantages to dominate unable defenders. So he has his stats.

Would I have him on my team just for what he has right now?

Hell yes.

He is fast and athletic than most big men so being able to knock 15-23 feet jumpers is being beneficial for him more than it does for other players. His deficiency on that area kinda was limiting his around the rim efficiency which is the best aspect of his game.

Griffin has had more time on the floor to show his abilities. According to the people who equate playing time with development, he should be close to fully developed by now.
