Does Hayward Takes Steroids?

While we are spreading completely bogus and unsubstantiated rumors: this is the he real reason Hayward skipped the Olympics.

I don't know. Exum is breaking out quite a bit in the face. And I know that is a side effect.

I used to wonder about the mailman.
I don't think Karl ever roided up. He was always big...he just got more shredded during his career. When he did that WWE thing against Rodman, and you saw him next to guys that really were on steroids, Karl looked small next to them.

On the other hand, I brought this subject up about Hayward before because you don't go from looking like the scrawny wimp Hayward was 5 years ago into the monster he is now without some kind of assistance...

Probabaly just years of committed weightlifting/exercising and years of access to the best legal supplements possible.

I think George Karl is just being an ***... I think he wants more attention and some more sales. I don't see a huge advantage to being roided out in basketball... maybe injury recovery. Hayward has gotten bigger and stronger, but nothing that suggests its unnatural at all.

This is Karl trying to be Jose Canseco.

Jose Canseco has never been wrong. Everything he said we found later to be true so I'm not sure how that helps your argument.

As fast as stuff gets banned, new growth enhancers are invented. I'm still not sure why there was such an outrage in MLB - most of those players were taking substances (like Andro) which had not been banned. Then players took HGH. I'm older now, so not really in the know about current "supplements." I have a hard time believing Hayward could make such a huge improvement in a summer without taking something. But that doesn't necessarily mean steroids.
