Does Kanter show Jazz made mistake in these playoffs ......

Enes Kanter is winning.
maxed out player sitting on the bench.

now that's hilarious. He played 6 minutes thus far and it's the 4th quarter. Could have signed like 40 different players at max money with more value.

OK, lets put it this way - in the summer OKC calls and they are like "Give us our pick back + a second rounder for Kanter at his 17M salary" ... do you do it? I don't...

Yes because you can get more than that for Kanter if you trade him again.

Sorry, but IMAO, he earned it.

You are correct. He had every right to tarnish his legacy by quitting half-way through a challenging season. I'm sure that's what he taught his players over the years: When the going gets tough, it's OK to bail, just so long as you've earned it. I used to teach my kids something different, but if it's good enough for Jerry, it's good enough for us.

It sucks, but I agree. Plus, then we could trade him to
a trash team like we should have in the first place.

Yah, that was the first thing I thought about - the Nets might be e team interested, so what can they give up. I guess they can give up Thad Young... or a future pick... like... 2020 pick...

I don't

We sold him at his lowest stock possible. After you see the contracts that are about to be handed out, Kanter's price will seem great to a lot of teams.

Kanter is the 5th highest paid center in the NBA

But last year when we were trying to trade him didn't teams know that this contract would be a bargain going forward too? Difference was that last year teams may have thought they could re-sign him for cheaper.

So now that he makes max money he is somehow easier to trade and we get more for him than if he wasn't max money?

Gm's must be idiots.
Same guy, same skillset, same weaknesses and nobody wants him when he is cheap but now that he is way over paid teams would line up to give us lots of good stuff to acquire the same dude that no one would give us anything for when he was less expensive.

Sounds dumb as hell when you really look at it.

Not saying you are wrong just commenting on how stupid nba gms can be sometimes.
