They could beat anyone in a playoff series which is all that really matters when you have a GOAT on your team. Regular season, maybe 4th/5th seed?
For us the regular season is all that matters though since the postseason has no impact on their picks.

You would draw a hard line at Moody and Podz or would you spare Moody to get Podz and all the picks?
Depends on DA's true plans and motivations... If he prefers a multiyear tank then I could spare Moody or maybe a pick. If he prefers to keep Lauri then I want it all (minus JK).

As long as Steph/Draymond/Lauri are on the team and healthy the picks wont be good.
I don't agree with that. We are talking about a 36yr old Curry and 34yr old Draymond. Even if they are healthy their impact is going to decrease. I felt like we already saw it last year. Steph put up great numbers but I didn't feel like his impact was the same as it was a few years earlier.

I took the 150% value from you yourself, but if we want to get away from made up percentages I will just say that's it's significantly better than the Bridges package. You line up Podz+Moody+GSW all the picks compared to what the Nets got and the Warriors package clears it easily.

I'm not the one negotiating, so all I really care about is the hard line. My hard line is I would take Moody and all the picks. I don't care to larp as Ainge and ask for everything, the Warriors aren't looking at my posts to make their decision. Moody+all the picks is a preferred situation to R+E Lauri.
Nevermind the numbers I suppose. I think it comes down to motivations and preferred directions. Warriors pick future and Moody is fair but its at the bottom of the fairness window. Podz+Moody+picks is at the top of the fairness window imo. Lauri wants to be here (supposedly). We will sign him to an extension. So if you want us to move then you have to go to the top of the window. I think we can get the equivalent of Moody+picks elsewhere next year if we want.

I think we seem to be actually committed to being bad this year... so I do think we would do some other things to ensure we are bottom 5.

Also in the negotiation we are trying to improve the value of the picks... which means stripping them of as much win now talent as possible. So its not 100% about having podz and the picks... there is some value on having the picks and them not having Podz.

Yeah, just a meager 5.2 BPM while playing 74 games.

And you are giving them Lauri Markkanen.....

We have seen vets want to go to GS to play with Curry. They are going to be very good and you got people such as yourself who are ok taking a soft-line just to deal Lauri.

It was the impact of Klay that was missing... and also largely Dray who was suspended for like third of their games.

Steph never did it alone. Its the others who havent been up to the level they used to be at.

Do we actually think Utah is negotiating on what they want for Lauri, or are just straight up saying "No" and making what they would accept open-ended and unclear?
The fact that the Dunn deal isn't, well, done probably means it's hinging on Lauri getting done. Ainge does need to crap or get off the thunderbucket.

And Wiggins having a terrible year, which he will most likely improve on.

I don't think the Dunn deal is related. I have no idea what's holding it up, but it could be a ton of different things. I don't see the Clippers wanting to help a deal get done with the Warriors.

I don't think anything happens until we sign Lauri... He actually becomes more valuable after we sign...

That one is being held up by trying to find a Westbrook home. Understanding how much bad money they are offloading determines how much they pay versus maybe going in with another team. Could also expand with is taking more salary cuz of not needing a Lauri extension I suppose.
