This is honestly fine, but the hubris of Golden State is astounding to me. As long as they keep the word championship out of their mouths for the next decade+ then I guess that’s fine, because this is the last train out of town for them.
The way I picture you, knowing that you're very pro-tank:

(I'm usually wrong in how I understand others' intentions -- so just a joke -- nothing serious)

found in a reply to a tweet that Warriors need to keep Podz for his ball handling/PG skills:

THT, strangely, makes some sense for them. But yeah, they shouldn’t want to trade Podz. They aren’t stupid but that also isn’t going to get them to the mountain-top, either. Easier to find a competent ball-handler than it is to find 7-ft Klay.

I don't think THT gets a new contract. Still kind of mind boggling to me why he refused to not take terrible shots but alas. He's extremely talented, even became a respectable catch and shoot guy from 3, but teams are going to stop being interested when you take shots Kobe wouldn't even dream about.

As someone whose heart never left the THT bandwagon, it's a real shame that this is likely true. Having Klutch as his representation likely means that he's not just going to accept some sort of minimum/make-good deal somewhere.

Im sure he will take what he can get at this point

I knew Rudy was getting traded 100 percent

I was less sure about Donovan, but the Jazz got to a point where they knew they had to trade him

Still at 20% on Lauri?

Will be interesting to see if today is noisy or quiet on the Lauri interest front
Either way, nothing will actually happen

So far there has been some increased click-baiting over the past few days, so I would expect at least that side to intensify a bit.

But whether we get legit rumors/news or not, should be interesting. Hoop Collective coming out today as per usual on Mondays?

I don't think any of the podcast follow a typical schedule in August.

Paging Obersturmfuhrer THT your chariot awaits...

The problem is GS is so used to getting whatever the hell they want in trades it’s uncanny. But Danny isn’t your everyday GM

I think ultimately Lacob just doesnt believe in his team all that much and is OK with fighting for the 6 seed type team and hoping magic happens, and that's probably the right move.

I also think if you're a team like GSW, you can probably get a good trade at the deadline from teams wanting to tank hard in the 2nd half.
