Donald Fires FBI Director who's investigating Russian Election Hacking

babe, I've been meaning to mention for a few years now that you should tell everyone what your name is for a good laugh (think of TroutBum's famous thead). Yeah, I figured it out in about two minutes. I told you I wasn't calling you Babe in person.

You believe his approval rating would be higher if he released his tax returns? I don't believe it would change a thing in a positive direction, even if it showed he was paying a higher rate than every other citizen of this country and that he was donating most of his money to orphans. If there is something negative on them, though, I'll bet it would turn into a complete **** show.

I agree. For the most part people are fairly polarized on the President. Seems to me that the vast majority staunchly support or oppose him. Short of massive wins or failures/corruptions I don't see that really changing to much.

Completely disagree.

One of the main thrusts against him is that he has Russian financial ties. Releasing those tax forms would do much to dispel this perception in the public's eye imo.

Now answer my 5 questions listed above.

Ready go!
You don't know yourself very well. The next time you fall on anything other than the left side of an argument will be the first. The next time you pay the slightest bit of attention to information that supports anything other than your world view will be the first. If Trump somehow entirely cleared his name on the tax issue you would simply attack him on different issues.

I can't remember your five questions too well. I answered one of them, right?

There was one asking why so many of his associates had secret meetings with Russians. I'm sure you have paid closer attention to the number of associates and the number of secret meetings than I have. I have yet to see evidence from any of them that leads me to believe there was collusion.

One of them implied that he was obstructing the investigation. Do you think it's possible that he knows he did not do anything wrong and that he's sick and tired of this wild goose chase and believes that the lead goose chaser is an incompetent idiot so he fired him? It's funny how much the left hated Comey until Trump fired him. I even saw tweets from the same hack who was demanding his firing and then going crazy about the firing taking place on the same day. Did you see how confused Colbert's audience was that night? Hysterical! But who could blame them for not knowing the narrative about Comey had completely changed in one moment?

You had a question that assumed he believed someone was colluding with Russia. WTF are you even talking about?

Your Lester Holt question is exactly what I'd expect from someone with your agenda. Imagine if the things I said two paragraphs above were true. Maybe he was firing a guy who he thought was wasting a ton of time and money. That is the way you handle incompetence in business. He doesn't seem to know (or at least agree) that incompetence is supposed to be enshrined in government.

Yeah you need to go back and reread my post. It's not that difficult to open a tab and read a post one page back.

Follow instructions first then you can get your paper graded.

The vast majority don't support him.

He currently has a 60 percent disapproval rating. Nearly 70 percent believe he has meddled with the Russian investigation. And most do not approve of his firing of Comey:

I absolutely do not. There are media sites that I do believe are horrible and damaging (Infowars, for example, although calling that media is stretching anyway), but as a whole I believe the media wants to do what they should be doing, which is informing the public. In our polarized times, the media has also sadly become polarized. However, I have no problem thinking that a news organization with different viewpoints than my own is still trying to do the best job that they can.

But what has gotten Trump in trouble is he has caused journalists throughout this country to dig deeper than they likely would have done had Trump not attacked them - just like any of us do when we are threatened.
It's ironic that you apparently think the media has a right to be biased against Trump because he called them out for being biased against him.

So you don't think they should be pointing out all the idiotic things he says and does? He gives them so much material.

well they pick and choose.

they call Obama scandal free, and only picked on his "soo called scucesses" and his real successes. and never ever ever dared mention the negativity.

with trump it is the opposite!
you do know he is doing good things right?

Well that was easy. You can't even answer basic questions.

Funny how trumpetiers run away whenever they're called out.

I know I know, it's a witch hunt I know...

Pathetic!
First, thanks for the neg rep. Coming from you it's a compliment. Second, I'm not a trumpetier. I didn't vote for him and I do not like him (even though I did prefer him to Clinton). The ridiculous behavior and logic of his haters deserves to be pointed out, though. And third, I did answer your questions. Too bad that you can't handle the answers.

So you don't think they should be pointing out all the idiotic things he says and does? He gives them so much material.
I agree that they should report on what he does, and I agree that he gives them a ton of material. What I don't like is the pure speculation dressed up as news. That's what the majority of this Russia/Trump collusion story seems to be at this point. They don't like him and didn't expect him to win so he must be in bed with the enemy is what their logic seems to be.

So we should punish people for meddling in our elections while we continue to meddle in theirs? The fact is this clown show is only going to motivate Russia to meddle even more. I guarantee you that they are enjoying this.
We shouldn't meddle and they shouldn't meddle. The fact that we do meddle (which im not ok with) doesn't mean we should be ok with other countries meddling with our election

I hope you can see the irony in what you are saying. The fact is, American's are going to continue to meddle in other countries elections, and other countries are going to continue to meddle in ours. Thinking it will ever be otherwise is foolish.

I would definitely see that as a positive for trump if that is what his tax returns revealed. Silly that you think it wouldn't help his image.

Seems like we are only trying to contain it now that we got a result that certain powerful entities don't like. Does anyone believe this sort of media frenzy would be going on if Clinton had won?
How do you know we weren't trying to contain it previously?

So you don't think they should be pointing out all the idiotic things he says and does? He gives them so much material.
He is an angel and should be treated as such. The media should only report all the angelic things he does.

Meddle? The US has been behind coups all over the world, murdered democratically elected leaders, sponsored death squads, created al-Qaeda and had a large hand in removing a reforming Labour government in my country because they threatened American mining interests. And then lecture the world about free and fair elections! **** off! If Americans are stupid enough to vote for a traitor and a pawn of the Russians they deserve him!

rant over...

Those countries should try to stop us. We should try to stop them too.

Do you see what you are saying here?
Like another poster said, you are basically saying that since we bomb other countries we should do nothing if another country bombs us and not try to stop it.
