Donald Fires FBI Director who's investigating Russian Election Hacking

Rig and interfere mean two different things. And What Donald was talking about before the election was a completely, internally rigged election system that he claimed was rigged against him. So Trump, as usual, was wrong and Obama was correct in pointing that out.

just what I was thinking, but you said it much better than I could have

just what I was thinking, but you said it much better than I could have

No evidence.... yet.... to show any discussions with Trump or Trump people and any Russian agents/officials regarding things Russia could do to help Trump.

But I rather think both China and Russia are wise to "The Way Things Are", and patiently waiting for their turn at the world helm....

Actually, I'd believe the Russians do try to find some angles to work with both parties, like the CFR does with the R and D. Nobody at the CFR even tries to deny healthy political discussions of common interests with all kinds of Brit citizens, agents, and officials. It's "The Way Things Are" with globalism as the Brit-Am world tries to keep all kinds of things working favorably for the present elites.

Everybody knows that all the major Media outfits are owned and staffed at the highest levels with CFR folks. Of course it's a rigged Media.

But so far we do not have much evidence of actually deflections of the voting significantly enough to quibble about.

What the Trump media hate is all about is a determined "Revolution" against change, against the things he's indicated he's wishing to do. Like fix Obamacare, build a wall, stop the influx of dangerous radical foreigners ideologically committed to blowing up Americans, or running them down in the streets.

It figures like this with the "Liberals". The biggest global issue is overpopulation, and the solution is to disrupt the fastest-breeding "roaches" by bringing them into Western urban centers where they'll just have to cut down the breeding. That's what Planned Parenthood is all about. At the highest levels, it is calculated that the people brought onshore in Western countries will stop breeding, start using birth control and other services resulting in fewer babes.

It also figures to call for expanded powers for government in ways that impinge on our daily lives, which we would never accept without need. So here comes the need.

overpopulation and global warming are the underlying issues behind "The Revolution".

babe, I've been meaning to mention for a few years now that you should tell everyone what your name is for a good laugh (think of TroutBum's famous thead). Yeah, I figured it out in about two minutes. I told you I wasn't calling you Babe in person.

My name doesn't ring any bells.

I don't capitalize "babe" because it might seem presumptious, like maybe I'm believing I have a mission in life, like "Babe" the pig with farmer Hoggett. Or Jesus, for Christ's sake.

From my earliest memories at age 18 months, I've been called "babe". It was a thing, a hit, when I was in Little League. There are still people who wouldn't call me anything else.

i wonder who will the left blame once trump wins his 2nd term.

after all screaming Russians is the new buzzword after previous ones failed(like racist/sexist/bigot).

after some time screaming Russians wont work

It depends on who he runs against if he wins again and there is a long time between now and the next election. Trump could rise or fall in public opinion of him. If Democrats get someone to run against him that is well spoken with a clean track record I think they will do well.

If Bernie runs again and I have to deal with Bernie and Trump fanatics for another election cycle it might be the death of me.

Elizabeth Warren is the FrontRunner right now, right?

Still thinking Oprah might run. I'm pretty sure that Oprah would only lose to Jesus.

I think Joe Biden, Elizabeth Warren and Bernie are the main people I am hearing. But I think there will be a huge field of people this election on both sides. I could see Kamala Harris or Kaine making a run.

I actually expect even more from the Republican party to run. Assuming Trump finishes in office and wants to run again there is a chance he does not get nominated by the Republicans if he keeps losing support.

My best guess is that Trump finishes in office but his polling numbers and support is very low and he decides not to run again. He is the oldest president and he does seem overwhelmed and I do not think he is enjoying his time in office. Both from the amount of work and the amount of negative attention he is getting.

So Trump will gracefully as he can step away next election(oh and we will get storm of petty tweets from him). Then we will get two decent candidates and they will get smeared in the primaries and smeared so bad in the general election that no one will like either and we will all be condescendingly saying we are choosing the lesser of two evils again. Although who knows maybe this last election taught this country something and it will get better next election... JK.

I think you are right with regard to Trump not seeking reelection. Apparently he doesn't much like it. Who could guess that a guy who can't handle criticism isn't a good fit for president. If he is still in office I'll be surprised if he runs in 2020.

On the other hand he has already registered and is raising funds for his reelection campaign. So who knows.

I think it's a bit early to say who's really in the running at this point for the Dem nomination. I just hope a good number of the young talent distinguish themselves like Senators Harris and Klobuchar.

The Rock is far more intelligent than any of those other clowns mentioned.

I dont like Bernie's ideas and I definitely dont like his fanatics but he seems like a really good person with great intentions and is smarter than Dwayne Johnson. But I guess Dwayne Johnson would be the second smartest of those but I in no way think he is qualified or smart enough to be President.

I think he is raising money for a reelection just so he can hold rallies and have people cheer for him. That's why he liked campaigning - he loved the positive, ego-stroking attention. Actually being president is nowhere near as fun. I will also be surprised if he wants another term.

I hope we don't consider another celebrity for a good long time. I have no idea why people would consider celebrity a qualification for POTUS. I don't care how smart a person is.

People for some reason equate liking a celebrity with that celebrity being perfect. They attribute all kinds of false qualities to a celebrity because a celebrity's opinion gets more press than any "ordinary" folks so when that celebrity spouts talking points a person agrees with they automatically (confirmation bias) believe that celebrity must have all the answers. It is a vicious circle and will likely lead to more celebrities in the public sphere.

Some celebrities can make it work (Franken, Bono, etc.) but the vast majority don't have the chops to hang in the political arena without pulling something like Trump has done (failing miserably), but unfortunately they DO have the support to get there. Scary as hell really.

A small twisted part of me wants the Rock to run. that voice says "At this point burn it all down."

also notice how their have been 6 special elections. the media before the elections dubs them as referendum on trump! well guess what? every single one has been one by republicans. unless that streak is broken today.

so thinking trump has no support and all these made up polls. well guess what thriller et al, you guys are wrong

edit: and yes: R's one another special election in georige. the most expensive election ever by ossof!
