It was pretty disturbing to hear the clapping and chearing. Honestly, I fully expect and I think we as citizens are owed a quick and public repudiation of these statements from our local police chiefs and sherriffs. What the salt lake county sherriff says or doesn't say this week I will remember come election day. I'll be punching my ballot early so to speak.
I guess you mean "transvestite" as applied to "Bulletproof" who openly implies he wears a bullet-proof vest.
I don't know anything about his other occasional gear, but I never wear a vest at all. After 16 years my wife bought me a new suit, but it has no vest either.
Other than those elementary facts, my thinking would run to the possibility that in the King's English as opposed to Sicilian gutter-rat terminology, "transvestite" should mean "one who changes vests or transfer them. Maybe a tailor or something....
I suppose you feel "normal" is good, as in say historical American Presidents. Read history much?
I haven't studied Trump's business management history, but I don't think he expects to accomplish much if people can't do the job. A large part of it is surely the Swamp coup de etat.
He's done his share of trying to give people a fair shot, but when his own people are "leakers" or liars, he should fire them.
My dad taught flying school, but he considered it irresponsible to encourage me much. Two of his students were showing off on Sunday after meetings, near home, to show their mom something great. They flew under the bridge over the river and crashed in her front yard.

Look, I PM'd you about a member who blew off about wanting to shoot Trump. You said nothing in reply. Now he's back with a new game. Being oh so PC about how Trump doesn't care how cops treat murderers like MS 13 gangbangers.
Trump has no experience in police work and probably doesn't submit his offhand remarks to professional political speech massagers. OK, he talks like an idiot. He lives in a rhetorical bubble playing on the immediate moment for whatever it's worth, with little good judgment.

And so do you when you quote the witch-hunt media critics of Trump and sorta imply stuff about how Trump needs to be impeached or otherwise removed from office.
Let me be perfectly clear. Red made a comment in a PM to me that he now laboriously denies. I hope he's changed in his heart. I hope some others change a bit too. Even Trump.
When Brennan suggested Trump should be removed from office by political insiders and government officials effectively depriving him of all chain of command.... that is not consistent with the Constitution. Revolution and assassination are not constitutional methods for removal either.
I like free speech.... some.... but where rabid hate can't be countered because the little groupies are all in sync... it's just sorta toxic.
I consider you to be the principal responsible party.
During the campaign, Trump was asked if he would support Hillary if she won. He hedged. I hoped he meant to just reserve some right to request some recounts. The media made it out he was going to overthrow the government by force, mobilizing the NRA or whatever.
I think the rhetoric from the swampthings/media is way outta bounds.

Donald Trump is likely doing more damage to American democracy then any single individual in the nation's entire history.
Consider just this week's affronts to human decency....
Friday, in a speech to Long Island police officers, Trump endorsed and encouraged police brutality. And then sat on his hands while the chief issued a statement saying that his department has not, and will not, tolerate roughing up prisoners.
At the Boy Scout Jamboree he elicited boos for a former President. Encouraging hatred for a former President. To Hell with extolling Scout values. Let's talk about Trump and remind the young boys that the press is nothing but liars and creators of fake news. Trash the tradition of a free press in a democracy. Trash a former President. At the Boy Scout Jamboree. And then just sit on your hands while the Boy Scouts apologize for your behavior and words.
Without telling the Pentagon, he tweeted, tweeted mind you, that transgender individuals would not be allowed to serve in America's armed forces. To Hell with how transgenders already serving their country feel reading those tweets. Screw 'em. He got his 5 deferments in the Vietnam era, screw 'em. And then just sit on your hands while the military announces they don't actually take orders from tweets.
He brought in a communications director who immediately launched into a grossly obscene tirade against other members of the administration. The man he has tapped to lead communication(!!) for his administration. One of those individuals resigned, no doubt just as Trump intended he resign. Governance by humiliation. Scaramucci is a chip off the old Trump block alright, one of many Trump attack dogs made in the boss's image.
Trump was relentless in public condemnation and humiliation of the US Attorney General. Lacking the courage to fire AG Sessions, he relentlessly attempted to humiliate Sessions into resigning. So, no doubt, he could go after Special Council Mueller.
All the while also musing in tweets that the FBI Director should report directly to the President. Openly trying to make the Department of Justice loyal to Trump, not to the Constitution. Screw the rule of law. It doesn't apply to President Trump.
And that's just this week. Just this one week. And yet pointing all this out is described as un-American hate mongering? I call it pointing out words and behavior that is intolerable in a leader. How anyone can defend this man's behavior is beyond me. Hate mongering my ***. It's not hate, it's natural revulsion to someone who appears to have zero class, zero integrity, zero honor. And someone expects a love fest for the likes of this?
Donald Trump demonstrates the exact opposite of leadership. He is a stain on the office, an affront to human decency, an embarrassment to the world. How on Earth could I not hope to see him removed? I would need to hate my country to want this bufoon as my President. And because I do not hate my country, I feel it's my civic duty to stand opposed to this man and everything he stands for. That's not hatred, it's a form of patriotism. It's called caring about my country enough to stand up and be heard when called for....

I quote critics, sure. But there is no witch hunt, at least not from the sources I quote. But in Trump land, any criticism at all is labeled a witch hunt in order to attempt to marginalize it. That's one of his and his supporters MANY failings.

This thread shows the horrific divide caused by years of junk news and now exploited by Donald trump. Most people "get it." They live in reality, have an understanding of checks and balances, and recognize trump's attacks on basic human decency.
Then there's a small segment of the population, so bitter, so angry, and so poorly informed that they'll irrationally lash out at anyone who dares to criticize Der Fuhrer. Anyone who questions the great leader, is suddenly unpatriotic or leftist. In the past few weeks I've seen more trumpanzees label traditional conservatives and respected republicans as leftists (or worse) than in all the years of my life combined.
Indeed, the "forgotten man" aka the John Birch society, the paranoid and angry, have found their president!

If Donald is having this much turnover already, he's in deep trouble.
Either his agenda is too radical or his judgment in hiring sucks.
Either way, having a revolving door of cabinet members will only make policy creation and policy implementation only harder.
Which is fine with me. I'll gladly ride the next year or so until trump is impeached without him accomplishing anything. Hell, now that Trumpcare is dead, I can't wait to see the GOP waste the next 2 months trying to implement tax reform and ultimately fail.
The trump legacy will be 100 percent based on his lack of personal character than on anything he accomplished legislation wise.

* Claims that Russia was working against him (seriously? Who other than his deplorable base of babes believes this?). Despite emails that his own son disclosed that prove otherwise.
* whines for several tweets about how the senate needs to change rules so it's easier for the majority to roll the minority party. Which defeats the whole checks and balances of the house and the senate. The house is supposed to rule with a simple majority. The senate is supposed to make it increasingly difficult for legislation to be passed. That's why it requires 60 votes, not just a simple majority, 51.
All of this screams desperation.
Trump is whining like the desperate insecure bitch that he is. He's not leading anything.

The Rs and Ds have already changed it to a simple majority. It's how we got the ACA and Gorsuch.
Well Police chiefs in LA, Boston, New York, Portland and Gainesville bashed the speech. The International Association of Chiefs of Police rebuffed it as well.
But the Group "Blues lives Matter" played it off as a joke and the Cleveland police Union said there is "unwavering" support for the President.
I have not seen anything about any Utah police force commenting on the matter at all.

It's just sitting on his desk with the pen and phone sitting there unused while his fat treasonous *** goes golfing... AGAIN.
