We should keep in mind that, although the Senate Intelligence Committee was more truly bipartisan in spirit, Democrat Senator Warner is splitting with Republican Senator Burr over that conclusion, since the Committee has not finished their investigation. Burr dialed back a bit, admitting they were not yet finished:

I'm also inclined to wait for Mueller's report. Congressional leaders have admitted their committees do not have the resources Mueller's team does. As well, the most recent filing by Mueller involving Mueller's claim that Manafort continued to lie after agreeing to cooperate indicates that Mueller is still focused on collusion/conspiracy. It's at least interesting, that despite all the redactions in that filing, one thing that was not redacted showed Mueller honing in on that question of collusion/conspiracy.

There is no assurance as yet that we the people will see Mueller's report, based on statements by future AG Barr. I'm hopeful we will, though, in some form, and I am not going to assume that any Congressional committee has dug deeper then his team.
And I have not heard the fat lady sing yet, either....

What is funny about your attitude, is that, apart from the 2016 election, there is plenty of evidence connecting Trump to organized crime in Russia, and you are actually fine with that, likely would not even examine that, because you have never been interested in the truth where Trump is concerned. It never interested you, because you can only see through tribal lenses. You actually think the potential conspiracy between the Trump campaign and Russian intelligence in 2016 is the only thing keeping Trump from being seen as some kind of great leader, lol, when in fact you are openly supporting a mob boss as president, and you are somehow fine with that. Instead, you see the Mueller probe as a Leftist conspiracy to overturn an election. So much evidence of Trump's mob connections, both in the US, and Russia, and this fact has no influence on your opinion of him as the occupant of the Oval Office. You wear the MAGA hat like a true cultist, you have no mind of your own at all.
Now, are you going to ask me to point you to evidence of all of the above? I've posted some of it in these Trump threads over the course of the past couple of years+. But, I am not going to help educate you at all. There's plenty of evidence in the public record, by investigative journalism that you would not recognize if it bit you in the butt.
Listen to you. You talk as if I were Rep. Schiff, as if I were in charge of Congressional investigations into Trump. I lead a productive life, NPC D4617. Because, bottom line, we both feel right, and can't, for the life of us, understand why that state of affairs is not the case already.
And, really, that's it in a nutshell. And, in truth, never the twain shall meet is the more likely outcome.
Now, take that thought, and extend it to the nation at large. There are middle grounds too, but those are two ends, not the extremes mind you, but polar opposites, just seeing the world in two fundamentally different ways. And there it is, from coast to coast, from border to border. And there we are, America 2019. Heady times.
And here we are, without any chance of bridging that gap. Here's to talking past someone I can't even see. Shooting barbs at any messenger that appears from the other side of a divide we really never consciously created. A war in cyberspace. A virtual civil war, with occasional physical components breaking out at rallies left and right. Here's to the oblivious, they figured it out.

Manafort's playing dumb, "I don't believe I lied" defense went up in smoke with the Berman's decision. Just another step towards collusion to defraud the US with an international entity. Right?
But it means more now. The criminal conspiracy to defraud and/or obstruction of justice "color by number" lines just got a lot more pronounced, easier to read, and been furthered to current day. El Chapo style "operation of a continuing criminal enterprise" charges might be deserved.
By continuing conversations with the Whitehouse while willfully providing false statements to an investigation, it can much more easily be argued that 'team elect-donnie' did exist, still exists, and is still cooperating to cover history and mal-intent for what already happened. We've gone from a group seemingly making a series of deals in the past, to a series of seem to be deals still being fulfilled.

See. I really don't get this sentiment. I hear it a lot, but for the much repetition, I still miss how anyone dismisses the current Trump administration high crimes and calls for locking up or investigating Clinton.
On one hand, there was an investigation of Clinton's email server, and Benghazi, and they came up with nothing to charge her with. So it was investigated and dismissed... move on. The ramifications of being too lenient? Some of our classified information got into the hands of our international competitors. Past tense, she is in no position do do anymore harm, if she ever did any. Why go back over plowed ground?
On the other hand, Trump's campaign and family are currently under investigation. The investigation and report had not been released. The public knows next to nothing about what they have found. However, there have been dozens of charges made against people close to the president. There has also been intimations of proof of collusion or cooperation between people close to the president. The ramifications of this investigation? A sitting president of the United States of America who is not working in our interests but in the interest of a foreign power. He is in position to continue to do great harm to America. He has already given top secret Intel to the Russians. Just because it's not a crime because he is the president doesn't lessen the importance of that action. There is plenty of smoke here why not see if there is a fire? Why the rush to dismiss?
