What's new

Donald is about to go through some things...

Nobody takes your claims seriously because they are stupid on the face. In one sentence you made claims of “corporate welfare state” and “unregulated capitalism”, which are opposite concepts. The first is the hand of the state advancing corporations while the other is the state being completely hands off.

Well my stupid claims come with 15 years of government experience. You don’t understand the subject, it seems. Corporate welfare goes hand in hand with deregulation. America is a socialist country, to corporations. Federal, state and local incentives drives economic development in most communities, there are a few exceptions. Companies are given billions to relocate and expand. It’s a race to the bottom and government picking winners and losers. Deregulation allowing for brutal, inhumane unsustainable growth at our expense funded by incentives. Citizens United is right up there too and has handcuffed the invisible hand and keeps the money moving. The government is corrupt because it’s purchased, leveraged, with few guard rails.

…And conservatives aren’t anti-establishment. They are pro-establishment but anti-corruption of establishment, and most non-braindead Americans share that. Homeless encampments of addicts in piles of filth is what ‘no establishment’ looks like.

Ok, I disagree. For those of us paying attention, we’ve watched conservatives look the other way at all the anti-constitutional **** your candidate says and does. The election and J6 define conservatives because you choose not to police your own candidate for president. Dems are using the establishment against Trump and it’s doing its thing. Prosecuting criminals. If you won’t police him, the dems will. Conservatives are bucking the legal system and are actively sowing distrust. You’re anti-establishment, and unfortunately hitched your wagon to a grifter. You have the right idea, it’s just your vehicle picked up the wrong dude heading the wrong way.

Homelessness is a product of capitalism run a-mock as well. Good point.

Yes you have been screaming anti-establishment since Vietnam. It was dumb then. It is still dumb now and it is not what most are upset over.

Nah, I’m just right. Cool opinions man.

Thanks for being condescending. Not like I'm a high school English teacher by trade.
Trolls gonna troll. Condescending isn't just their trade, they consider it an art form.

LOL. I just spit coffee on my keyboard. Thanks for that. Out of curiosity, are you still sitting in front of the van listening to freedom rock? “America is socialist to capitalism, man.” That is too excellent.

Dems are using the establishment against Trump
On that I think we can find agreement. One political party has seized the levers of power to weaponize the establishment against a political rival.

Those who benefit from it literally joke about behind your back. I find it hilarious that this very real thing is outlandish but the entire judiciary and juries across the country have it in for Trump is real. That’s dumb.

Btw, you shouldn’t be such an elitist. Freedom rock van guy is cooler than you and me, bro.

Yeah, except he did crimes and thats how the law works.

Conservatives did the same thing to Hunter and his dick. You sick ****s dragged a recovering addict for years, and he did nothing wrong.

You’re projecting and you do it because you’re unable or refuse to take responsibility for the epic mess you’ve made.

I never said the entire judiciary has it in for Trump. I think most judges are moral people and try to do the right thing, but I do think there are bad actors. I think there is a judge in New York who effectively put out a for sale sign by making two tiny but unmistakably biased and highly trackable political contributions in direct violation of state judicial ethics rules, then set his daughter up to run an organization to receive payments from campaign entities for services provided.

I think it worked. His family is raking in millions from dark Super-PACs and services are being provided.

What the hell? Does he think he's going to be able to be as corrupt as Clarence Thomas? He better eat his ****ing Wheaties.

Evidence of Judge Juan Merchan donating to Biden’s Presidential campaign, and to a group called 'Stop Republicans':

Evidence of Loren Merchan, Judge Juan Merchan's daughter, receiving $9.6 million dollars from Biden/Harris:

The money to Loren Merchan is still rolling in, but now through more opaque SuperPACs.

Judge Juan Merchan's gag order to forbid talking about Loren Merchan's receiving money from Biden/Harris:
Thanks, your first link is behind a paywall, but skimming the other articles I suspect it to be correct.

Seriously don’t ask for evidence, they don’t know what that is. Their evidence is dense conspiracies and feelings. It’s just like their principles, constantly shifting or just non existent.

Don't ask for evidence because "they" just don't get it?

That'll never be my style and I don't believe It's yours either.

@AI-O-Meter and I disagree on many topics, but I respect their ability to show evidence when I ask for it.

I'm uneducated in politics, but from what I've heard there is a right wing judge in his Georgia trial.

Trump in 2016: "She shouldn't be allowed to run...If she wins, it would create an unprecedented constitutional crisis. In that situation, we could very well have a sitting president under felony indictment and, ultimately a criminal trial. It would grind government to a halt".

I believe you are thinking of Judge Aileen Cannon in Florida overseeing the classified documents case. The Georgia case is a different kind of crazy but the issue there so far doesn't seem to include the judge. The District Attorney bringing the Georgia case is Fani Willis who was having an affair with someone named Nathan Wade who happened to be a lawyer. She hired Nathan Wade to lead the State's prosecution despite having never prosecuted any case ever, and he started charging crazy amounts of money which Fani Willis approved. Then the two would go on expensive vacations together which Nathan Wade would pay for using all the money he was getting. There are days where Nathan Wade would bill 24 hours of legal work and Fani would approve it. The judge in the case stopped that arrangement.

Stupid reply. Our current form of capitalism is absolutely socialism for the rich. Your pompous reply just exposes your ignorance.
Our current form of capitalism is capitalism, and our current form of government is socialism for the military industrial complex and health care industries, not “the rich”. When including state taxes, the United States has the #1 most progressive tax structure among OECD nations. Our rich pay a greater share of the government’s revenue than do the rich in any other OECD nation. Our rich also receive very little back in direct benefits from the government. What you think you know is wrong.

If there is a fault in our system, it is that it has been getting increasingly rigid in terms of class. It used to be easier for poor people to become rich and for rich people to become poor. This decrease in social mobility correlates with making the tax burden more progressive, or that is to say making the rich pay more in taxes while giving tax breaks to the poor.

In practice, the nations with the highest amount of social mobility are those who have a more flat tax where the poor get soaked but the government directs most of their benefits to the poor. The poor pay a lot but they get back even more while the rich pay less of a share than in the US but get back little or nothing.

The United States, when including state taxes, has the highest aggregate tax burden but instead of providing benefits to our poor, we direct a disproportionate amount to defense spending and health care which is used to keep the world safe. Our military supremacy has been the reason for PAX Americana which has kept the world without a nuclear war. Our healthcare spending creates all the medicines and machines other countries use in their socialized systems. The world is better for the Unites States being as it is it even if our poor are getting a shorter end of the deal than they otherwise would.
