All jokes aside, I'm sure there's a lot to dig up. If I were an NBA owner, I'd be VERY worried. Anything I've said or done is going to be brought to light. Only Cuban, who I used to loathe, has been a beacon of reason in this whole fiasco. He would have voted AGAINST seizing the team from Sterling. Donald is a despicable person, but that doesn't mean laws should be violated to seize his assets.

Also remember that his wife is voluntarily selling the team. Shelly Sterling made this a legal dispute between Donald and herself.

The crazy thing is the league is moving forward with a decision to sale through his wife based on his incompetence, but the league is holding him accountable for his statements made while also incompetent.... a bit of a double standard.
