Donald Trump

Yeah, if anyone thinks Trump has a knack for saying stupid **** they ain't seen nothin' yet.

And not just that, but Kanye also overestimates how smart he is even more than Trump.

Do you even remember what we were talking about?

Dutch would it surprise you to know that I wouldn't give half a **** if Obama was Muslim?

Clinton calls trump "fact free"

I love it. I've spent several paragraphs trying to say the same thing.

https://www.cnn.com/2015/09/29/politics/bill-clinton-donald-trump-fact-free/index.html

The former president touted his wife's accomplishments as President Barack Obama's first secretary of state -- starting with sanctions against Iran -- as he lashed out at Trump for calling his wife's four-year tenure a failure in an interview with CNN's Erin Burnett.
"Well the thing about branding is, you don't have to be -- you can be fact-free," Clinton said with a smile, drawing laughs from a crowd of dozens that watched the interview.

I can't believe I'm saying this but I had an ahh hah moment and might actually support this clown.

I'm the rare American who is actually and truly a fan of representative democracy, not just in name only like people like Dutchjazzer. I think he just might be angling to be exactly that while playing the idiot for the idiot voters. The dude ain't competent, but he's not incompetent either. Pretty much all of his decisions will come from well appointed advisers. Good enough for the girls I go with (Hillary is one of 'em).

Webb, Clinton and Chafee are garbage. Sanders said some things I found interesting, I like his foreign policy the most and his position with the marihuana issue.

Thought it was a decent debate all in all. Mods let Clinton/Sanders dominate a bit too much, but with the poll numbers it was to be expected.

Chafee- Not sure if he really said anything all night, color me unimpressed.

O'Malley- Came away liking him a solid amount, didn't seem worried about confronting anyone and his positions mostly aligned with mine. Doesn't seem highly electable though, maybe a good VP candidate?

Clinton- Didn't ease any of my concerns about her coming into it: doesn't seem to make decisions for herself and takes the position she thinks will get her the most votes in all cases.

Sanders- Disclaimer: Sanders fan coming in. Thought maybe he harped a bit much on the ideas and not the specifics at first, but it was the first debate and was appealing to a new audience so it was probably the right approach. Think he needs to refine his platform on gun-control(or lack thereof) a bit.

Webb- I liked how a commentator described him after the debate, he basically seemed like a very moderate republican. Didn't get a lot of time to talk and when he did didn't say anything bold enough to grab himself any attention. Side note: he and Sanders seemed like pretty good friends and to me that boded well for Sanders working across the aisles (a big thing to read from a tiny thing, but hey it's what I thought at the time).

Says he's gonna shut down mosques that have people in them with connection to ISIS. You do that Donald. I hope this guy gets to be the president so we can watch a major real life parody.
