Well, we can agree to disagree about Embiid. While he only played 31 games he was so much better than every other rookie in those 31 games that I believe he should have won it. I just don't understand what would have changed if he would have played the other 51 games. His numbers weren't going to drop off and the other rookies weren't going to come close to matching them.

I agree completely about Rudy Gobert. I think he was robbed last year too. And I agree in the opinion that Donovan is ROTY this year (not because Simmons is a redshirt but just because I believe he has had a bigger impact on the Jazz than Simmons has on the Sixers). :D

Nah. Have him get up there and say:

“I was the best defensive player last year, and this year and every year after this. Take effing note.” Then he turns to the other Jazz players in the audience and salutes them.
 
I'm probably just extremely tired because it's late and prone to wild theories because of it. But looking at the NBA's tweets of the finalists for each award..... Harden is on the left (slam dunk choice for MVP), Casey is on the left (we already know he wins COTY), Oladipo is on the left (he has to be heavy favorite for MIP), Eric Gordon is on the left (could very well repeat as 6th man)..... Spida and Rudy are on the left too, ROTY and DPOY? :D All winners on the left?

I think Rudy will win DPOY, and coach Snyder and Donovan will unfortunately both take second. They're all deserving but so are the other guys. Rudy is the only one truly deserving of DPOY IMO.
 
On twitter some tool Sixers fab is trying to crow about them winning 4 more games and how Embiids defense blows Goberts away. So I started needling him and now his trying to hit me for not having twitter followers lmfao.

God they’re so desperate to downplay any other success but their own. It’s pretty entertaining
 
I feel Rudy has more of a chance in winning a trophy this year than Quin and Donovan honestly. Rudy should definitely get it.
