Just when i think i am out, they pull me back in again.

Im excited for the rest of the season and playoff run..... i think we could surprise someone in the first round if everything clicks just right. We are just a few corbin coaching minute allocations away from really maximizing our teams talents.
Hopefully corbin will take marvin down to 10 minutes or less per game and increase carroll and haywards minutes.
Eliminate watson from the rotation completely and give all his minutes to burks.
Control randy foyes minutes based off of whether or not he is making his shots early in the game.
Play favors and kanter a little bit more and hopefully get the best effort out of jeffy on defense and get him to keep the ball moving around on offense.

If all these things click perfectly before the playoffs get here and we end up with the 6th seed against the clips, then maybe we can pull off the upset!

(now tonight we will probably lose by 30 and i will piss out all the kool aid that i drank and replace it with whiskey)

Go JAZZ!

Do you realize how much you're asking?

This will be similar to 2007. Golden State is going to take out San Antonio for us, allowing Utah to advance to the WC finals against OKC.

You pretty much summarize the conventional wisdom of Jazzfanz -- I wonder why Corbin can't see this, and I wish one of us was a reporter and could ask him why he doesn't heed such advice at a press conference.

As long as we dont play the Spurs, we have a chance.

I say the only teams we'd have a shot against would be Denver or Memphis if we can climb all the way up to the 5 spot. SA would obviously mop the floor with us, I don't see any possible way we win a game in OKC, and as long as Paul is on the floor for the Clips they'll close out the games way better than we will.

Realistically, the worse nightmare for us Jazz fanz would be having the Lakers make the playoffs....at our expense! So, with that in mind, our MAIN goal for the remainder of this season is to make SURE the Lakers do not grab that 8th spot and we end up 9th. and out of the playoffs, agreed???

If we can beat the Clippers on the road that would be a huge boost to our season. I would say this game is very key if we have any hopes of getting a 5th seed, or really securing the 6th seed.

If we play the spurs its another sweep, OKC I see us losing in 5, possibly 6. We could take the clippers to 7 if we're lucky. Only chance of making it past the first round is memphis or denver...and we aren't moving that high up
