We're pretty lucky that Bynum has nuked the LA deal.
This orning on Hoopshype it says 11 players and multiple draft picks...it all says it "guts" the Nets roster.
Wonder if Brooklyn Is keeping Johnson and Wallace. Willimas, Howard, Johnson and Wallace would be a nice group. They might be my favorite "superteam". Loads better (likeability wise) than LA and Miami and that horrible attempt at relevance by New York.

Just sounds like another team to me.
I know Houston's been working to put something together to get Howard. I'd love to see Dwight go to the Rockets if for no other reason that it would delay him going to Brooklyn. Stop giving in to the spoiled superstars!

There are only so many vets with anything left in them that will play for the min and round out these super team rosters. I think the nets super team is still a second round each year.

I thought Brook Lopez was not onboard with this trade.
That doesn't seem to be the case.
The Clippers are willing to trade a lottery-protected pick for MarShon Brooks. Now details just have to be worked out and doctors need to look at Lopez' foot and Howard's back.

Ya, they will be damn good. Championship by the second year. Ill root for them as a side team. I dont care about attitudes as much as everyone else. Deron and Dwight are two of my favorite players.

Exactly. They will only be a problem for the Jazz a few games a year until the Jazz are ready to come out of the west. And it's hard to say exactly when that may be.
Well, it looks like Cleveland has pulled out of the trade, leaving Orlando continue negotiating with anybody that has something to offer. I'm beginning to wonder if Houston's crazy summer will land them Dwight Howard for a year.

Deron Williams made a Machine. Joe Johnson made it go. Dwight Howard let a fart and blew it all apart. That's what I heard when I was at Best Buy today. I not not sure how much truth there is to it. I guess we will see if the trio will exist or if it falls apart. I think it would be a cool trio. Miami versus Brooklyn would be like Fire & Ice.
