Cool. I'll be there unless something comes up that I can't change (for example, I have a job interview in L.A. in 2 weeks).

I'm in.

However you want to do it. I'd be willing to kick in for dealers if that makes it better for you.

I see no reason as of now why I couldn't be there.
I would much prefer NOT to have professional dealers. For me personally, this is just a bunch of dumbass guys getting together to goof off and have fun. I think having pro dealers might take some of that away. I don't care if a dealer screws up a hand or two. I dealt the second table last time and would have no problem doing it again. My only weakness is figuring out split pots and stuff like that. Maybe if someone else volunteered to deal as well?
All that being said, it's not me hosting. So if you feel you want to pay a couple dealers and you could get them at a reasonable price, I'd be willing to chip in a couple bucks.

I promised to come to this years game, but in December I bought a business and been working 7 days a week 12-14 hrs so far. **** me... I have no life anymore lol...

Think these pro dealers like Red Stag?
What a dumb question, of course they do.

I will bring The Stag

Will there be a jazz game that night?

bigb makes a good point, and it's a pretty safe bet he'll be out early, so he could devote his attention to dealing.

I'm not sure how many hours you'd need them for but I would guess two dealers for some tourney would run you $150-$200 ($75-$100 each) with the expectation that tips are sort of expected too.

**** that

No, I just really don't feel like putting myself out. It's cheap fun for everyone but me. I can spend my money on other stuff.

No joke, Paulson stopped selling home poker chips in 2015. I have 2750 Paulson home poker chips. The price has skyrocketed. I paid $0.76 per chip and they are selling for $2-3 per chip right now. I kind of feel like it's a security risk.

sell and buy cheaper ones!!!

FWIW 90% chance I'll be in Utah this coming May. 4real y'all.

And just to be clear to everyone, there isn't going to be a poker game.

I'm going to sell my chips and tables soon.
