No Asian food? What's wrong with you?!

I do but its not a "quick" dinner. I do chicken, bok choy, carrots, celery, broccoli, with that Asian marinade from Costco mixed with peanut butter and red pepper flakes, then I put that over white rice.

The rice and cutting all the vegetables take quite a bit of time.

Cereal...milk...or beer. Doesn't get any simpler than that.

Fajitas.

Red, yellow, green peppers, some chicken.

Cube the chicken, cook it on medium until fully cooked, throw the diced peppers in, cook for a few minutes, add a little soy sauce and Cajun choice seasoning, and you're done.

Costs under 10, feeds 2-3 easily, takes 10-15 minutes, very tasty.

Grilled chicken spinach salad.

Grill some chicken, mix the spinach with some craisons, feta cheese, sliced almonds or walnuts, and add the chicken. I usually like it with a raspberry vinaigrette, takes about 10 minutes to make.

Cost about 10-15 dollars to get everything, feeds 3-5, super tasty though, and healthy.
