What's new

Ed Davis available tonight. (Game Thread)

Honestly, is:

Mitchell
Royce
Ingles
Bojan
Rudy

Better than our starting lineup? No one in the starting lineup has any ****ing chemistry with Rudy, no one in the second unit is doing Joe any favors, and Conley cannot be relied upon.

The bench scoring is brutal this year. And I knew it would be when we let Favors walk. But I didn’t think it would be this bad. We have to play with more tenacity. More energy

So I saw the last half of the 2nd quarter and 3 of the last several Jazz possessions involved Bogey driving. It resulted in two turnovers and 2 points. And those 2 points should have been a charge, but the refs didn't call it. This is not the way you use Bogey on offense.

Well Memphis was up big vs Lakers and Clippers and yet ended up losing both as inexperience and bad coaching cost them in 4th quarter. We should be ok I hope.

To tell the truth, I’m disappointed with Mitchell. Earlier in the season, he was doing a much better job with his shot selection and decision making. Lately, though, he seems to be reverting back to his old chucking habits. Conley has been invisible, no impact on the offensive end whatsoever.

Can you blame him? Conley is a liability and Joe has been nonexistent. Mitchell is chucking because no one outside of he and Bojan can score with any regularity.

6 assists at half, total. boy
It’s amazing. Prior to this game we were averaging 21 per game and last year, with terrible offensive players, we averaged 26. This is obvious. Clearly this has never been mentioned in any practice or shoot around or meeting. “Hey, move the ****ing ball!”

Unfortunately, I think some are in the “but Donovan’s so good we gotta keep him going” camp. Like, Carmelo Anthony basketball is a good thing.
