Here is how it works. I will give a choice of 2 players. You HAVE to choose 1 and then explain why.

George vs Collier
Tshiebwe vs Potter
Markkanen vs Collins
Hendricks vs Williams
Juzang vs Sensabaugh
Harkless vs Springer
Sexton vs Clarkson
Filipowski vs Kessler
Mykhailiuk vs Martin

Is this based on who you like better, who you think is the better player, who you think the jazz should trade/keep, or just whatever criteria you want?

George vs Collier - Toughest one first. I went with George because I think it's easier for someone to improve their shot selection vs totally reworking their shot. I also think while Collier is a better passer, Keyonte is underrated as a passer. I do love Collier though...
Tshiebwe vs Potter - Oscar has an elite skill where Potter does not.
Markkanen vs Collins - I love almost everything about Lauri. I do want to see him play for a winning team though.
Hendricks vs Williams - Cody to be unique since everyone else will probably pick Hendricks
Juzang vs Sensabaugh - Pretty easy, even though I'm kind of a "Brice Hater"
Harkless vs Springer - I think Springer is a good defender, but Harkless is a more disruptive defender.
Sexton vs Clarkson - Sexton is more efficient
Filipowski vs Kessler - I'm not a fan of bigs that can't defend. Kessler is also already one of the best in the NBA at what he does well.
Mykhailiuk vs Martin - I'm not a fan of either, but what Svi does is disruptive for our young guys developing

George vs Collier/ Collier he’s the only true pg on the team

Tshiebwe vs Potter/Tshiebwe rebounders like this don’t grow on trees

Markkanen vs Collins/ Collins, only because he’s cheaper and help the tank and for team building reasons

Hendricks vs Williams/ Hendricks no explanation needed TBH

Juzang vs Sensabaugh/ Sensabaugh because I love him

Harkless vs Springer/ Harkless could care less so I picked the guy I think will cost less

Sexton vs Clarkson / Sexton. I’m tired of Clarkson on this team

Filipowski vs Kessler/ Filipowski my love for him ain’t healthy he has an untouchable ceiling and I have questions how Kessler fairs in the playoffs
Mykhailiuk vs Martin/ Martin I hate Svi with a passion.

I randomly looked up the shooting numbers for Brice Sensabaugh from the tracking information at NBA.com: https://www.nba.com/stats/player/1641729/shots-dash?SeasonType=Regular+Season

A couple of highlights:

- Takes about 27% of his threes as pull up 3s and makes 36.4% of them which is about the 20th best in the league (right behind Curry), Sexton made 38.6% for 10th in the league.

- Only shot about 10% of his 3pt shots that were not open, and shoots 30.3% on those shots. For reference Malik Beasley shoots about 25% of his 3pt shots that are not open and makes 36.7%. Jordan Clarkson has the 3rd best 3pt % when not open at 39.1%, but Clarkson's chart is just crazy: Wide Open - 38.5%, Open - 32.7%, Tight - 39.1%, Very Tight - 50%

He's well on his way to being a great pull up shooter, which is a big deal at his age. If he wants to an elite shooter in the league he probably needs to take and make more tightly contested attempts.

Here's the Johnny Juzang Comparison: https://www.nba.com/stats/player/1630548/shots-dash?SeasonType=Regular+Season

- 20% of 3's are pull ups and makes 29.6% of them.
- 16% of 3's are not open and makes 27% of them.

Filipowski vs Kessler
Mykhailiuk vs Martin
-Collier: more physical, more mature/better attitude, plays harder, is more consistent, better defender, has a clearer NBA role and position, and has (much) better positional size
-Oscar: the perfect end-of-bench guy as he has an extremely strong specialized skill for special lineups, seems like a great personality and worker, should make practices and locker room culture better
-it depends on what’s on the table on the trade market for each of Collins and Markkanen
-Hendricks: has ever done anything on an NBA court that impressed me
-Sensabaugh: younger and is already probably better
-Harkless: seems people like him more
-Sexton: is simply the better player currently and has lots of gas in the tank
-Kessler: more bankable NBA skills/a clearer NBA role
-Svi: cutting Martin saves more money
