I'm really not a big fan of EM, but there are a couple that I dig for some reason:

Boards of Canada - particularly the album "Music Has The Right To Children".

Tycho - I've only listened to the album "Dive", but it's pretty good.
 
Does electronic influence count? If so I like some of it. KMFDM and Rob Zombie are 2 of my favs who use quite a bit of EM in their stuff.
 
This song changed my life. Granted, it was 1984, but... ya, it's electronic music. Fer sure. I dare you to listen all the way through it.

Not sure if you are refering to edm but most of the best edm artists are mainstream top 40 now but some of the lesser known artist I am into are knife party, carnage, dada life, borgore and rebecca and fiona. Eric prydz does a great remix of midnight city if you were into the intro beat.
